The School Counselor

Buffy sucked in her breath and swallowed. The whole thing was so amazingly erotic to her, especially Faith's facial expressions. She trembled as Faith slid a finger between her lower lips.
Looking up, the brunette watched Buffy's face while she slowly slid her finger back and forth. Each time she lightly grazed over the little bundle of nerves, enjoying her teacher's whimpers.
"How's that B...? Is that good?" Faith asked in a husky voice, rubbing just a bit more over Buffy's clit. "Do ya like that...? hmmm?" She smiled as the blonde nodded vigorously. "Ya sure...? Cuz I can use my tongue instead."
Groaning at the suggestion, Buffy stumbled slightly, feeling her knees go weak.
"Whoa there... I gotcha." Reaching up, Faith quickly steadied her. "Here. I have a better idea. C'mon." Grabbing Buffy's hand, the teenager dragged her into the dining room and started to lift her up.
"Faith, what are you doing?" Buffy blinked, suddenly noticing the room.
"Putting you on the table."
With one arm, Faith easily hoisted the tiny blonde onto edge. She grinned as Buffy let out a surprised squeak. The table felt very cold under the slayer's overheated bottom.
"Shhh..." Faith hushed her, gently brushing her lips over her teacher's. Neither of them noticed the young brunette hurrying back into the kitchen.
*OH MY GOD!* Horrified, Dawn peeked around the corner to confirm what she was seeing. It was definitely her sister totally nude with... Faith... her Faith! Tears threatened to spill until she looked again. *What are they... huh...* Creeping closer, the teen watched, finding herself strangely fascinated.
Faith sucked hungrily at Buffy's tongue while delicately caressing her chest. Tickling and teasing each nipple, she pinched lightly, enjoying the way the older woman writhed under her touch. It looked so sexy to see Buffy squirm and beg.
Dawn stood transfixed by the sight. Her sister was normally so reserved. Seeing Buffy act like a cat in heat was more than a tad unnerving.
Dawn's eyes darted back to the bad girl. Faith was grinning at her sister and whispering something. She couldn't quite make out the words, but it was something about the way Buffy looked.
Quickly, the teen peered at her sister. She glanced from Buffy's flushed features and heaving chest down the flat slayer tummy, then hesitated. But curiosity won out, causing the teen to steal a peek.
The sight made her extremely uncomfortable. Seeing her sister's dripping sex was definitely not part of her plan. Frantically, Dawn looked around to determine if she could slip past them unseen.
"Faith... please... I'm so-- I need to..." Buffy whimpered, trying to convey the urgency of her plight. She needed to cum, and she needed it now. The kissing and soft touches were wonderful, but she desperately desired Faith's talented mouth on her pussy... as soon as possible. Grabbing roughly at the young girl, the slayer tried to urge her lower. "Please... now."
Reaching down, Faith scooted Buffy back along the cool wood surface. She smirked at the glistening trail left behind. Buffy's pussy had become so wet that the juices ran down the inside of her thighs and the crack of her ass. She was completely soaked and so ready to be fucked.
Faith's eyes traveled leisurely over Buffy's body. She glanced back up and met the slayer's stare. Slowly, she grinned then winked before disappearing between Buffy's legs.
"Omigod...! Unnnghhh... Faaaaiith." Buffy gasped, turning her head to the side and moaning as Faith's tongue swabbed her swollen clitoris with long lazy strokes. She could already feel the onset of her orgasm. "Oh yes... yes... right there... YESSSS!"
Dawn's eyes widened as her sister arched up, holding Faith tightly against her. It seemed so quick, but obviously Buffy was cumming and she was doing it all over Faith's face and in her mouth.
Dawn scowled jealously at her sister's expression. That look of ecstasy should have been on her face, not Buffy's. She watched for another moment as Faith continued to kiss between the slayer's legs. To her surprise her sister soon was ready for another go at it.
Dawn's eyes narrowed as her sexy classmate climbed over her sister, kissing and whispering to her. Faith slid three fingers into the tiny blonde and finger fucked her 'til she screamed.
*Unbelievable!* Dawn wanted to scream too as she flew out the back door and headed for Spike's crypt. Faith should have been hers. She met Faith first, and she liked Faith first. If it weren't for Buffy...
*Damn Buffy! I hate her! The slayer can have anyone, and she takes the one person I love! And Faith... that bitch! Pretending to be my friend... Kit was right!* Dawn wiped at her tears, determined to get even with both of them.
Faith leaned up and kissed Buffy tenderly. This time the slayer didn't stop her; she let the teenager say it.
"B, I love you."
"So big sis is takin' it from some young tart...? One of your school chums no less?!" Spike muttered as Dawn tearfully nodded, covering her face with her hands.
*Huh?... Interesting!* A nasty smirk flitted across the vampire's features. He could use this. It would make fine blackmail material; anything to help him get back into blondie's pants.
Spike never had it so good, and he knew it. Ever since Buffy had given him his walking papers, he had been searching for a way back in. Now Dawnie may just have provided it.
Glancing at the lovesick brunette, he fumed right along with her. "Who would have thought that the Slayer would stoop so low?! Gettin' it from a child."
"It was awful, Spike." Dawn sobbed as she relayed the details. "...and then Buffy started begging Faith to... to..." She broke off, turning to hug the vampire.
"There, there." Spike patted her back gently while struggling to keep erection down. He was having difficulty. The mere thought of the Slayer's dimpled knees spread wide for some teenage jezebel made his cock twitch.
Wiping her eyes, Dawn looked up. "Spike, I want you to help me get even with both of them!"
"What is it that you want me to do, nibblet?"
"Ms. Summers?"
"Faith, call me Buffy when we're together... like this," the slayer whispered, running her fingers through the brunette's thick wavy tresses.
"Oh yeah, sorry," Faith grunted, rolling over to look at her teacher. "I was jus' wondering...um... Buffy, what's gonna happen when my Aunt gets back...? I mean, she's gonna expect me to be home at night."
Buffy shook her head. "Faithy, what's your question?" She didn't quite follow the girl's train of thought.
"Us... B, what's gonna happen with us? I love you, and I want to stay here with you."
The blonde turned away guiltily. "Sweetie, let's get some sleep. Tomorrow's a school day. C'mon." Pulling Faith into her arms, Buffy kissed her and held her tight quieting her questions.
When Faith walked into school the next day, she couldn't help but notice the strange looks that she was receiving. Frowning, she yanked Carlos aside. "What the hell is going on?!"
"Faith, where've ya been? I've been trying to call you." The boy appeared nervous.
"Well, I'm here! So tell me now, goddammit!"
"Everyone knows!"
"Knows what?!" Faith slammed him hard into the lockers.
Carlos swallowed back his fear and answered her. "About you and Ms. Summers."
Hearing the sudden titter, Faith peeked up from her doodle. There in the doorway stood Buffy.
“Sorry to interrupt, but we need to see Faith down in the guidance office.”
Immediately, the jeers and snickering began.
“Go get her, Faith!” “Whoohoo!” “She’s hot for you!” “Ooh baby!” “Whooo Faith!”
Faith sunk down in her chair, groaning.
“Faith, hurry up. Ms. Summers is waiting,” her teacher chided, gesturing for her to leave.
More catcalls and laughter followed as the teen quickly collected her stuff and followed Buffy out.
“What was that about?”
Faith had been hoping for more time before being questioned by Buffy, especially since the only way to explain things was to tell her about the bet. Faith decided to just claim ignorance. She shrugged and looked away.
“Okayyy,” Buffy drawled, appearing a bit confused.
“Um, what’d you come get me for anyway?”
“I wanted to see you.” The slayer smiled and touched her cheek.
Frowning, Faith backed up. “Not here. What're ya, crazy?!”
Buffy glanced around. “Oops! Guess you're right.” Taking the teenager’s hand, she tugged Faith into an empty classroom.
“B, whatcha doin’?” the brunette asked apprehensively when Buffy dropped to her knees.
She gave Faith a mischievous grin. “Can’t you tell?” Unzipping the girl’s leather pants, the slayer hurriedly hauled them down.
“No, wait. Someone might--” The protest died on Faith’s lips the moment she felt Buffy’s mouth on her pussy. It was the first time, and it felt incredible. “Ahhh... oh fuck....”
Bucking against the little blonde, Faith glanced down. *Holy Shit...! Ohhhhh yeah... mmmm!* Her hand snaked around to hold the back of Buffy’s head and urge her on.
A bell sounded in the background. Then the noisiness of students changing classes filled the air. Faith grunted and moaned, moving her hips in small circles and grinding against the slayer’s face.
Hearing her classmates scurry about while she was receiving the most wonderful head heightened the experience. The brunette spread her legs further and arched to allow Buffy’s pretty pink tongue better access.
“Oh yeah, Ms. Summers... mmmm... fuck me with your tongue... oh gawddd...” Gazing at the pretty little blonde, the bad girl breathed heavily and gasped. Just seeing her teacher licking and sucking her clit almost sent her over the edge, but then when Buffy pressed a finger into her ass, it was over.
With a moan and shudder the young girl came hard, filling the slayer’s mouth and coating her face. Buffy mewled softly, savoring every drop. She found Faith to be absolutely delicious and could hardly believe that she had been denying herself this treat for so long.
Licking up the girl cream carefully, Buffy whimpered and clung to her. Enjoying her submissive position immensely, she rested her cheek on Faith’s thigh. “Oh Faith... ohhh...mmmm.” The slayer closed her eyes and sighed. “I love you.” Her voice was hardly a whisper.
Faith didn’t hear. She was already trying to tug up her pants, peering around nervously. “Ms. Summers, we gotta get outta here. I think there’s a chem class next period.”
Buffy straightened up and glanced about. “Oh.” They were in the chemistry lab.
Dawn sat in class, listening to the horrible rumors about her sister that seemed to be circulating everywhere. Shoving the girl talking, the teenager stood up. “Shut your face! That’s all a lie!”
Dawn walked in the door to find Buffy and Willow anxiously waiting.
"Where the hell have you been?!"
"Does it matter?!" The teenager made for the stairs, but not before the slayer spun her around and got a glimpse of her black eye.
"Omigod, Dawn!" Buffy pulled her little sister toward the kitchen. "What happened?"
"Like you care! Shouldn't you be giving your attention to that slut, Faith?!"
Without thinking, the blonde slapped her hard. Willow cursed and shoved the slayer back.
"Buffy! What's wrong with you..?! I'll take care of Dawn. Why don't you go out slaying? Spike's waiting for you."
Buffy stood still, staring in horror. "Dawnie, I'm...I'm so sorry."
"Just go!" The brunette screamed in a shrill voice, racing up the stairs.
Spike stepped into the entryway, awkwardly coughing. "Um... Slayer, if you have your hands full--"
"No, let's go." Buffy blinked back her tears and followed the vampire out.
Faith sat listening to her aunt talk about her trip.
"Yeah, terrific. Can I go now?"
"Wait. Faithy, tell me how you broke your arm. We may be able to sue this teacher of yours."
"Forget it! It was my fault! I jumped, okay?! I bet her sister I could land standing, and I jumped!" Faith shouted, getting to her feet.
"Okay, sweetie. Don't get so worked up." Her aunt walked over and hugged her. "Go do your homework, baby. I'll come in later with your dinner. I just have to stop at Tom's and then I'll pick up McDonald's for you. How's that?"
"Great." The teenager snorted sarcastically, pushing her aunt away and going into her room. She missed Buffy already. Why did her stupid aunt have to come home? *I need to call Ms. Summers. She doesn't even know where I am.* Faith flounced down on her bed, cursing.
"Spike, you check down that alley. I thought I heard something."
Buffy watched as the vampire went around the corner then she sprinted down a side street and up the fire escape. Peering into Faith's window, she sighed. Faith was here. Smiling, the slayer reached out ready to tap on the glass.
"Pretty pathetic, slayer." Spike snickered, lighting his cigarette.
"What--what are you talking about?" Buffy turned, horrified that he had caught her.
"Red, told me to keep you away from the girl. I guess she was right... you have lost your mind."
The little blonde scowled and motioned for him to climb down. "I was just making sure Faith was safe."
"Safe from what? You?" The vampire flicked his smoke away and grabbed hold of retreating slayer. "Listen to me, Buffy. She's just a child... no more than your sister's age even."
"Let go!"
"What's gotten into you?" Spike's eyes searched Buffy's. "I still love you."
"HEY!" Faith jumped down onto the fire escape. "I BELIEVE SHE SAID TO LET HER GO!" The brunette clambered down quickly.
"Faith!" Buffy exclaimed, excitedly hugging her. "I missed you."
"Missed you too, babe." Faith kissed the blonde before gently setting her aside and approaching Spike. "So what's your deal?!"
"Faith, honey... come here." Buffy pulled the angry teenager back.
The bleach blond sneered. "Little girl, you better go back inside."
"Fuck you!" Faith rushed him, but instead of swinging she kicked. The attack was entirely unexpected. He doubled over in agony, as the tough girl nailed him in the balls.
"BLOODY 'ELL!" Spike coughed and held his groin. "SLAYER!" He shrieked, gazing up at the little blonde who rushed to yank Faith away.
"No, Faithy!"
"Get her out of here, now!" The vampire growled, unable to hold back.
Faith gasped. "Holy shit! B, look!" The teen pointed as Spike slipped into game face. "What the--"
Faith paced in front of administrative offices, waiting for Buffy's appointment to finish. She intended on confronting her about what she had witnessed the night before.
Despite the blonde's claims to the contrary, Faith knew what she had seen. That peroxide pest had changed into something. Something other than human.
"Faith, how nice of you to visit."
The teen's head snapped up. Principal Wood was standing there, holding the door for her.
"Oh, uh...yeah." Faith awkwardly stepped in ahead of him.
"So what do we owe the pleasure of your company to?"
"Huh?"
The principal smiled. "What did you want to see me about?"
"Um, no offensive or nothing, but I'm only here to see Buf--Ms. Summers."
He quirked an eyebrow at Faith, studying the teen's guilty demeanor.
Buffy hurriedly approached. "Hi Faith." Ushering Faith toward her desk, the slayer glanced at Principal Wood and shrugged.
His eyes narrowed as he watched the two. They were both acting odd. Walking over to Buffy's cubicle, he cleared his throat and looked pointedly at his watch. "Miss Summers, aren't you forgetting something? It's almost one o'clock."
The blonde gave him a blank look.
Sighing, he responded. "Visitors' day with the PTA parents."
Buffy slapped forehead. "Oops, is that today?"
"Yes, it is. And if you recall the memo, there's to be no students in the administrative or faculty areas after one p.m."
"Right. Okay, let me just reschedule Faith and I'll send her back to class."
"Thank you." He smiled at Buffy and gave Faith a curt nod before heading out to intercept the guests.
"What the hell was that about?" the brunette jealously inquired, once he was gone.
Buffy ignored her question and leaned forward. "What are you doing here? Last night I thought we decided to take a break for a few days. At least until this rumor you told me about dies down."
"B, I'm serious. I think Principal Wood has got a thing for you," Faith snarked, smirking at the blonde's frustration.
"Focus," Buffy angrily chided, snatching the pen Faith was chewing. "Listen to me. If this--"
"Relax! I'm only here to ask about your friend. And don't gimme any of that bullshit about it being my imagination. I know what I saw."
Rubbing her temples, Buffy glanced back up. "Fine. I'll tell you about it, but it's going to have to be later." She stood up, ready to send Faith on her way. "Just meet me by--Oh crap!"
"What is it?" Faith leaned over, trying to peer at what caught Buffy's attention.
"Dawn."
After the talk Buffy had had with her sister and Willow that morning, she couldn't possibly allow herself to be seen with Faith already. Grabbing the brunette's arm, she yanked the tough girl from her chair. "Quick, hide!"
"Hide? Where? B, there isn't--"
Buffy shoved Faith under her desk. "Now be quiet."
Dawn pushed open the outer door and peeked in. Pleased to find her sister alone, she came in. "Hey Buffy." She smiled. "Guess what."
"What?" Buffy returned the smile as she stood casually by her desk as if tidying up.
"I don't have class next period. Do you want to go get a frozen yogurt or something?"
"I'm sorry, Dawnie. I can't. This is PTA parent day, and I promised I would stay and meet some of them. But here." Buffy reached down for her purse.
Faith handed it to her with a wink.
Glaring, the slayer grabbed the handbag. She smiled again as she straightened up. "How much money do you need?"
"No, I have money." Dawn waved off the offer and walked toward the exit. "I should probably go then. I'll see you at home."
Buffy breathed a sigh of relief as her little sister left. Leaning down, she glowered at Faith and hissed. "What were you doing?! She could have seen that!"
"Jus' helpin' out. Damn, you're wicked tense today!" Faith started to crawl out, but Buffy motioned her back.
Her slayer senses picked up talking right outside the door. As she suspected, in strolled Principal Wood. He had a couple of the more important board members with him.
"And this is Miss Summers. She's with our student outreach program."
Buffy shook hands with the two men who eyed her appreciatively.
The stouter of the two suggested that perhaps they should discuss the program in more detail over dinner. His companion gleefully agreed, letting his gaze drop down to take in the pretty blonde's short skirt.
Principal Wood's eyes narrowed. He gestured for the men to take a seat. "No, I'm sure Miss Summers has time right now. Don't you?"
"Umm...." Buffy glanced at the teen crouched under her desk. Faith was scowling, obviously pissed at the lecherous tone of the two men.
"Is something wrong?"
"No. Not all." Buffy quickly plastered on a smile. "Sure. Let's discuss it now."
Pulling up an extra chair, Principal Wood took a seat as Buffy began her prepared spiel. "Wait." He held up his hand. "Buffy." He pointed at her chair.
"Oh." Giving a nervous giggle, Buffy dragged out her chair. She stole a peek at Faith, gauging the available space. The only place for her legs would be on each side. Perching on the edge, the slayer spread her legs and pushed her seat in as little as she dared.
The two men continued to leer, delighted even further by the pretty, little blonde's ditziness. Only Principal Wood gave her a strange look. But he remained quiet as Buffy began where she left off.
Faith grinned at the sight she was treated to. Straight up Buffy's skirt and the blonde was wearing thong underwear. *Mmmm...Ms. Summers.* Licking her lips, the teen leaned closer.
Note: This part is dedicated to Cyd.
Buffy hesitated when she felt Faith's hot breath on her crotch. She shifted slightly in her chair. "As I was saying, the program--"
Reaching up, Faith pushed the panties to the side. *Damn!* The sweet smell of the slayer's pussy made the teen's mouth water. Unable to hold back, the bad girl flicked her tongue along the slick folds. *Frickin' delicious as always.*
Buffy gasped then bit her lip.
"Buffy?" Principal Wood frowned. A worried look creased his brow. "Are you alright?"
"Uh-huh." With a wan smile, the slayer nodded. "Fine. Something caught in my throat." She patted her chest and coughed loudly, using the opportunity to clamp her thighs together on Faith's head.
"Ow!"
"Did you hear something?" One of the men asked, glancing down at the desk.
Buffy suddenly choked and waved her hand.
The stouter man got to his feet. "Perhaps a drink would help."
"Yes. Good idea." His companion chimed in, "Get Miss Summers some water."
"No, I'm okay now. Thank you." Self-consciously, the slayer straightened up in her chair and eased her legs apart.
Faith hurriedly scooted back and rubbed her ears. *Dang, that hurt! Bitch!* Frowning, she pinched the blonde. A satisfying wince from Buffy eased the naughty teen's irritation.
Sitting still, Faith cocked her head and listened. It was Principal Wood talking now. *Fuck. This sucks.* Bored to tears the brunette checked her watch. *Dang, this asshole can talk forever.* She scowled, her eyes straying back to the view between Buffy's legs.
With the attention redirected from her to her boss, the blonde relaxed, her mind soon turning to thoughts of how best to punish Faith. She certainly was not amused by the girl's little stunt.
When Buffy felt Faith's hand again, she gritted her teeth. The teenager's renewed attempt brought her back to the current dilemma.
*Grrr! I'm so going to kill Faith!*
Jerking her knee, the slayer tried to dissuade Faith as the teen touched lightly along her inner thighs, but it wasn't working. Her young girlfriend wasn't going to be put off so easily. Obviously, the brunette had the urge to be particularly bad.
*Uh-ohhhh...oh...mmm.* Buffy's breathing increased when the skilled fingers began gently strumming over her clit.
Wearing an overly bright smile, she continued to stare at Principal Wood. To all outward appearances she seemed to be a professional and refined young lady, and not some trollop being diddled by a fifteen year-old student who was hiding under her desk.
More precisely, a fifteen year-old FEMALE student. Buffy almost groaned out loud. She was definitely going to hell the next time she died. This was too awful a thing that she was doing. *Definitely going to hell.* With that thought, the slayer slid down in her seat and opened her thighs wider.
*Cool! She's gettin' into it.* Faith grinned and brought her mouth back to the soaked pussy. Licking Buffy's glistening slit, the teen slid her tongue slowly along the silky folds. She left behind a trail of saliva as she lapped her way up to the counselor's clit.
*Damn, I love this part.* Smirking, Faith sucked the swollen nub between her lips and nibbled lightly.
The pretty blonde writhed in her chair, earning glances from all three men.
Tugging at his tie, Principal Wood cleared his throat. "And if we make it voluntary--"
A moan escaped Buffy's lips. Both men sitting at her desk, turned to look at the gorgeous young woman. They ignored the now flustered principal.
Wood also found himself enraptured by the sight of Buffy. His voice was unsteady as he asked, "Is there something you'd like to add, Miss Summers?"
"Me?" Buffy's cheeks burned with embarrassment. "No." She shook her head, relieved when he went on with the presentation. But she did notice to her dismay that the two guests rarely looked away for long.
Both men kept stealing peeks at the blonde as did Principal Wood. Buffy's appearance at the moment was inexplicably arousing. Her flushed features and slightly glazed expression as she smiled sent an unintentionally suggestive message.
Chewing her lip, the slayer slouched a bit further. *Oh god!* Her lashes fluttered when Faith suddenly sucked her clit hard.
The teen could tell that her teacher was close. She slid her middle finger inside of Buffy, enjoying the twitch as the muscles clamped down. *Yep, B's right there... any second now.*
With the delicate softness of the vaginal walls clinging, Faith moved her finger in and out, while simultaneously sucking and flicking her tongue over Buffy's puffy little clit. Only a few thrusts and the slayer came.
Tensing, Buffy arched up a bit. She squeezed her eyes shut and swallowed. *YESSS!* The orgasm rolled over her in gentle waves. With a sigh, she opened her eyes to find all three men staring.
Her smile faltered for a second, but she made a quick recovery. "Umm, I think Principal Wood has explained most of what I was going to tell you."
"Uh, yes. Yes, that pretty much covers it. Perhaps you'd like to see some of the facilities." Principal Wood gestured, indicating it was time to go.
Faith heard the commotion and pulled down Buffy's skirt, allowing the blonde to rise with the rest of them.
"Miss Summers, why don't you take our guests on ahead? I have a few things to do here, and then I'll catch up."
Buffy paled. "Sure. No problem." With a panicked feeling, she led the men out. All she could do now was hope that Faith was smart enough to stay put.
*Fuck! Now what..?! Guess I have to sit here all day.* Resigned to do whatever necessary to protect Buffy, the brunette remained under the desk. She was willing to wait.
Principal Wood walked around and rolled the chair free. Squatting down, he shook his head when he saw the culprit. "Faith. Now why am I not more surprised?"
"Dunno." The leather-clad girl glared back at him. "What's your point?"
He motioned to her to come out and pointed toward his door. "Right now!"
"Fine! I'm goin'. Chill, willya?!" Grumbling, Faith headed toward the principal's office.
The troublesome teen confidently took a seat. *He's got nothin'. Just have to deny it. No biggie.*
Faith studied her nails while casually asking, "So whaddya want, Woodie?"
The muscle in his cheek twitched as he clenched his jaw and mentally counted to ten. "Faith." Principal Wood's voice was strained. "Look at me."
She calmly met his gaze, arching an eyebrow.
"That was a really stupid stunt that you just pulled in there."
"I don't know what you're talking about." Faith frowned, watching as the principal circled around her.
He stopped in front of the whiteboard and lifted it.
"What the fuck?!" The brunette's eyes widened with fear as she glimpsed the weapons hidden behind it.
"You see Faith, I can't allow anything to happen to Miss Summers." Wood folded his arms over his chest. "And that includes you jeopardizing her job or reputation."
"Now hang on a sec!" Faith scrambled to her feet. "You got it all wrong." She glanced over her shoulder, slowly backing toward the door. "Buffy and me... we're just friends."
"Faith!" He motioned for her to sit back down. "Relax. I'm just trying to illustrate a point."
The teen's eyes narrowed. "Yeah? What?" *That you're a psycho?!*
He hesitated for a moment as if trying to find the words. "Faith, certainly you've noticed that Miss Summers is special?"
The beautiful brunette glared. "What of it?"
He shook his head. "I don't mean like that Faith. Although she is rather--" He stopped himself as the teen stood up again. "Never mind. What I'm referring to here, is her being...how do I put this?"
Faith scowled, her hands clenching into fists. "I dunno. But you'd better say what you need to fast!"
He sighed, rubbing his forehead. "I can see she hasn't told you any of it."
Getting in his face, she growled, "What are you talkin' about?!" The brunette was on the verge of pummeling him. Principal or not, she no longer cared.
"She hasn't told you what she is or what she does?" He shook his head in his disbelief. "Faith, Miss Summers is the Slayer. Her destiny - her mission - is to fight against the forces of evil. Now I know that you--"
"WHAT?!" The teenager took a step back. "YOU'RE FRICKIN' NUTS!"
"Listen to me first! Faith!" He called to her as she opened the door. "For Buffy's sake."
The door slammed shut.
"You got five minutes!"
The pretty little blonde glanced at the clock again. *Where the heck is he?!*
Buffy gave the men another fake smile as she gestured to the new art display outside the faculty lounge. "These are student works. They were in a national contest. The winners are shown here." She pressed her nose to the glass, steaming it slightly with her breath.
The hand on her back startled her. She jerked away, completely surprised by the unwelcomed contact as the fatter of the two leaned close, leering.
"You know Miss Summers, my partner and I could make you a better offer than this position currently provides. I happen to have an opening down at my offices and--"
"I think we've taken up enough of Miss Summers' time." Principal Wood walked up, angrily eyeing the man who was touching Buffy. "Don't you agree?"
"Uh, yes. Yes, we have." Quickly, the old lecher dropped his hand. "Thank you Miss Summers."
Buffy didn't bother to hide her relief as she scurried off. *Ugh! Creeps!* Pushing open the door, she hurried to her cubicle to fetch Faith.
Even furious with her lover, she was still excited to see her. "Faith." Buffy spoke sternly while pulling back the chair. "You can come out. And yes, I'm angry with you. What you did was--"
She stopped talking and stared. "Faith?" A worried frown creased her brow as she crouched down. "Faith?"
"Oh." Buffy sadly stood up. Her girlfriend was gone.
The beautiful brunette paced around her room, anxiously deciding how best to break up with Buffy. Nothing was coming to mind. The thought itself made her head hurt and her stomach churn.
*Fuck, I'd rather be dead!*
Flinging herself onto the bed, Faith laid on her back and gazed at the ceiling. It was the right thing to do though.
*The right thing? Huh!* The teenager snorted. *Since when do I give a shit about what's right?!* She knew the answer. Swallowing down her tears, Faith reached for her cigarettes.
The slayer peeked in the window and scowled. *Dammit Faith! You're not supposed to smoke.*
Tapping the glass, Buffy impatiently gestured to be let in.
"Yeah, hang on." Faith flicked her cigarette away and went to the window.
"You know," the little blonde began her lecture before she was even all the way inside, "I saw the cigarette. Faith, you promised!" Poking the teen, she continued, "And another thing, about today--"
Faith sat down heavily on the bed, not hearing Buffy's words. Just watching while her girlfriend strutted around, fuming. *Damn, she's so cute...She's always so cute... even when she's mad... B, I love you.* Faith suddenly looked away. She could feel herself faltering.
An indignant huff from Buffy brought her back to the moment, and what she needed to do.
"Well?!" The blonde crossed her arms over her chest. "What do you have to say for yourself?"
Faith stared at her.
The expression on the teen's face terrified Buffy. She quickly hugged her. "But I'm not that mad... I mean, I am, but I'll forgive you of course." Trembling, she tried to kiss the brunette, but Faith pushed her away.
"No. Don't."
Panic set in. Buffy recognized the expression. It was the same one on Angel's face when he... *Oh god!* She squeezed her eyes shut as she heard the words.
"I can't see you anymore."
"No." Shaking her head, the little blonde stammered, "I don't understand. Why--What is it?" Her eyes opened filled with tears. "If it's the smoking, Faith... It's okay..I won't nag."
*Damn, don't beg! You're better than that, B.* Faith sighed and went to window.. "It's not that. Look, you gotta go now. My aunt is gonna be home soon."
The slayer tried again to hold her. "Faith...please."
"I said no! B, whaddya deaf or somethin'?! It's over!" Steeling herself against the older girl's tears, Faith gently shoved her toward the window. "We just can't see each other, okay?! It's not gonna work."
"No, it can." Buffy sobbed in disbelief. This couldn't be happening to her again. Not her heart being ripped out! That only happened once in a lifetime...didn't it?
"Faith please, talk to me... I know you don't mean it."
Feeling ill, Faith growled out, "How the fuck would you know what I mean?! You don't really know me!"
"Yes, I do... I do and I love you." She reached for the brunette. There, she finally admitted it. That had to mean something.
*Holy fuck! Why now?! Why does she gotta say that now?!* "GET OUT!"
Baffled by the reaction, Buffy hesitated.
"Why won't you get lost?! Look, I don't love you! Now will ya leave?!"
"No," Buffy whispered. "Someone put you up to this."
"B, you were a bet! Nothing more! And now I'm done with you!"
Faith word's hit her full force, the slayer stumbled unseeing as she tried to make her way out.
"Hey! Careful!" Faith caught her before she tripped.
"DON'T TOUCH ME!" Screaming, Buffy slapped at her. "DON'T EVER TOUCH ME AGAIN!" She stepped out. Her sobs were the last thing Faith heard from her.
The teenager walked into the other room where her aunt was already waiting.
"Faith, what's going on? I could hear you fighting in there. Did you break another girl's heart?" Her aunt shook her head. "What am I going to do with you?"
Looking away, the brunette asked, "Do you still wanna move to Vegas?"
Slamming the door, the slayer headed tearfully up the stairs. She ignored both Dawn and Willow's concerned questions and went straight to her room. Digging out Faith's journal, she opened to the last couple of entries and began to read.
Worriedly, Willow approached the door and knocked. "Buffy, can I come in?"
A barely audible grunt came from within. Deciding to take that as a yes, the redhead entered.
Buffy was sprawled on the bed, sobbing.
"Buffy, what is it?" The witch rushed over and pulled her best friend into her arms.
Taking a few deep breaths, the slayer handed her the journal and said, "You were right. It was all a mistake." Bitterly, she added, "I've risked everything and for what?!"
Willow skimmed the page that it was opened to. It was Faith's first entry about the bet. "Oh Buffy, I'm sorry."
"I feel like such a fool." Buffy began to cry again. "I let a fifteen year old play me."
"Buffy, it's not your fault for believing her. I thought Faith was sincere too. She seemed to be. Shhhh." Holding Buffy tight, she soothed the little blonde as the slayer sniffled and hiccupped.
"It's just that..." Buffy hesitated, trying to explain. "There was something there, Wil. I sensed it... a kind of connection. I-I never felt that before..not so strongly..not even with Angel. I thought she felt it too." She looked away embarrassed. "Obviously, I was wrong."
Brushing a few locks of hair from the blonde's face, the witch spoke gently. "She was just a kid, Buffy. You couldn't have really expected more from her, could you?"
"No, I guess not." Sadly, Buffy lowered her eyes and swallowed. "For Faith it was meaningless... just a challenge."
Faith marched into the principal's office and plunked down her transfer card. "Sign it." She glared hatefully at him.
Wood picked up the card. "Faith, I know it must be hard, but it really was for the best." He stood up and walked over to her. "You did the right thing. One day you'll see that." He patted her back. "Buffy's welfare is what's important as well as your own--"
"Touch me again, and you're losing that hand!" Faith sneered. "Now sign it so I can get the hell outta here, before B comes in."
"She won't be in for a few days. I gave her some time off."
The brunette's eyes narrowed. "You sure got it wired, don't you?! Ready to swoop in and provide a little comfort to my girl." She jabbed him, leaning close and growling. "Go right ahead, Woodsie. Cuz it won't work. It doesn't matter what I said to her or whether she believed it or not, I know she still loves me."
"Take it easy, Faith." Principal Wood warned, straightening to his full height.
"Whatever!" Faith snatched up the signed card and made for the door. "I'm gonna come back for her the day I turn eighteen, and you better not be around!" The brunette stormed out, turning to the right.
Principal Wood's eyes widened when he noticed Buffy coming from the other direction. *Damn!* He raced out of his office, prepared to stop the blonde.
A prickly sensation brought goose bumps to the slayer's skin. Her head snapped around. "Faith?" She had promised herself she could handle it; that she could stay away from Faith, but the second she sensed her, she wanted to see her. Even if it meant pain.
The teenager turned the corner, passing Diane, the bitch who had her jacket. She was tempted to tear it off R.J.'s girlfriend since the rumor had been leaked anyway. Grasping the leather, Faith yanked at it.
Diane spun around, surprised. "Faith!" Her shock quickly transformed to pleasure. She babbled almost incoherently. "Hi Faith. How are you? I've been taking care of the jacket, see?" She smiled one of those goofy lovesick grins that Faith was starting to detest. "Um... are you going to third period? I'm not. Do you wanna skip it? We can go-"
"Shut up! I mean..." Guilt set in at the girl's hurt look. "Fuck! Never mind, keep it." Feeling a headache coming on, Faith hurried out the side door. *Damn, I jus' gotta get away from this whacked out place!*
Diane stared after her, confused. How could Faith not be interested? All the boys were.
Buffy pushed past the students with Wood close behind. "Faith!" The slayer grabbed her.
"Hey!" Irritably, the cheerleader pulled away. "What the--?!" She screamed in outrage as Buffy forcibly took the jacket off of her. "Excuse me! That's mine!"
"No, it's not! It's Faith's." The blonde held it reverently. Lifting her head, she looked around. So this was what she had sensed.
"Give it back! My parents are so going to sue this stupid school!"
Buffy bit back tears of disappointment and turned her attention back to the irate student. "Where did you get this?"
"None of your business!" Seeing Principal Wood approach, Diane shrieked, "She's crazy! She just attacked me! Trying to steal my jacket!"
"Calm down, Diane! Let's take this to my office." He ushered them from the area with relief.
Faith was gone now...out of the picture. The slayer's reputation and status were safe again. Basically, a potential disaster had been averted.
Principal Wood smiled at the blonde, gently urging her along. Later, perhaps he would invite Buffy to dinner. It would be the right thing to do. He would try to cheer up the slayer for the greater good.
Faith had just finished saying goodbye to Carlos when Kit spotted her and nudged Dawn.
"Check out this shit luck I've been havin'!" The brunette grumbled as the two girls strode over.
"Yeah and it's about to get worse! Nobody treats my sister like that!" Dawn shouted, getting into a fighting stance.
Using a series of moves Buffy had taught her, the younger Summers managed to bloody the tough girl's mouth.
Of course, it helped that Faith did nothing to block the blows. She figured she had it coming so she let Dawn land it each one. Wiping at her lip, Faith glanced at the blood and smirked. *Maybe this kid's not so bad after all.*
Dawn watched. Her initial adrenaline rush had passed, and she felt a twinge of fear. Especially since Kit and Carlos were looking so terrified. The other students were closing in for a show. Huffing, Dawn lifted her hands, balling them into tight fists.
"You're alright, D." Faith grinned and winked her. "Jus' keep taking care of your sis for me, okay? I'll see you in a few."
Baffled by Faith's reaction the group just stood and stared as the brunette backed up and walked away.
Buffy sat across from Diane, studying the girl carefully. Her slayer senses told her that the bratty cheerleader was hiding something.
Holding up the jacket, Principal Wood asked the student again, "Diane, who gave you this jacket?"
"I told you. Faith did." Smirking, the snobby beauty glanced at Buffy's irate expression. She was enjoying torturing the blonde bitch of a teacher.
Wood looked at the slayer and felt some sympathy. "That's strange, because I recall Faith handing it to R.J."
Buffy slipped the leather jacket on. It smelled like Faith. Tears sprung to her eyes as she ran toward the teenager's apartment.
Now she understood. Between Dawn's tale of today's events and the revelation regarding the jacket, Buffy knew Faith was lying. Faith loved her. It wasn't about a bet anymore or she wouldn't have given up her jacket. Faith won that bet.
The slayer raced down the alley and hopped up, grasping the fire escape's ladder. She just needed to get to Faith before she left. Dawn had told her Faith's comments. Her girlfriend intended on leaving, and she had to know why. The real reason this time.
The little blonde peered in the window. Everything was gone.
Robin Wood stood outside the Summers' residence. He straightened his tie and knocked.
A rather frazzled looking blonde opened the door. "Dawn, I said no--" She paused mid-shout and turned to greet the visitor. "Oh!" Buffy's surprise was evident. "Hi, uh--"
The principal held up his hand. "I know you weren't expecting me. I just thought that since-" He halted as the slayer frowned.
"Thought what?"
"Buffy, have I done something wrong?"
The blonde arched an eyebrow. "I don't know. Have you?"
Dawn appeared behind her sister and glared. "Dawn, sweetie, please." Buffy gently nudged her sister.
The teenager gave him one last scowl before marching off into the other room. Buffy turned back to look at him. "Why are you here?"
"I wanted to see if you'd like to go for a bite to eat. I know this great little Italian restaurant--"
Buffy interrupted. "You want to take me out?"
"Well, yes." Robin smiled at her. "If you grab your coat," he said, checking his watch, "I think we may be able--"
"Unbelievable!" Stepping out onto the porch, the petite slayer poked him hard in the chest. "You have a lot of nerve coming here!"
"Excuse me?" Robin worriedly reached for the young woman. "Buffy? What's--?"
"No!" She easily shook him off. "Don't touch me! You're the reason Faith left, aren't you?!"
"I don't know what you mean." He lied and took several steps back.
"No, I think you do." Buffy paused and studied him for a moment. "You see, Robin..." Her eyes shone with fresh tears. "I realized that someone must have put Faith up to it, caused her sudden change of heart. We loved each other, and it was real."
"Buffy, please-" Principal Wood shook his head as if still confused.
Choking back a sob, the slayer asked bitterly, "Why did you interfere? So we could date?!"
"No, I--"
"Please don't bother denying it. It was you. You convinced her that she shouldn't be with me." Buffy sighed heavily at his shocked expression and explained. "Her friend, Carlos, told Dawn the whole thing. I just didn't want to believe it," She waved her hand. "Yet here you are. So it must be true."
"Buffy, look.. I did it to protect you--" He hesitated as she regarded him coolly. "And everyone else. I know you're the slayer."
"Well then you know this: I could kick your ass, so stay away from me. Unless it's work related, I want to have nothing to do with you. Do you understand?"
Lowering his eyes, the young principal nodded as he muttered, "I'm sorry, Buffy. Really I am. But I did do it to protect everyone involved. You have to believe that."
Buffy looked at him. "I do, but it doesn't help my heart. Goodnight Robin." She closed the door.
Stripping down, the small slayer daintily stuck a toe in the bath water. *Mmm, warm.* She smiled as she slipped under the bubbles and gazed at her companion.
"C'mere, babe." The brunette grabbed her and kissed her forcefully. "I love you, B. You know that, right? You know I'll always love you."
"Yes. Yes... Faith..." Buffy rolled over, tearfully reaching for her lover, but the bed was empty. Sitting up, the slayer wiped her eyes and looked around. She was alone. Alone, like she had been every night for the past two and a half years.
Buffy grabbed Mr.Gordo, clutching him tightly and padded down the hall to Willow's room.
Pushing open the door, the slayer whispered, "Wil, can I--?"
Willow and Kennedy quickly broke their kiss when they saw Buffy. The young SiT patted the bed, giving her girlfriend a smile as the little blonde cuddled between them.
"Thanks." Buffy sniffled as Kennedy wrapped her arms around her from one side and Willow from the other. At least she had the best as far as friends were concerned.
Clunky black boots descended the metal stairs and a gorgeous young woman stepped from the bus. She stood, gazing around for a moment before giving the driver a nod.
"This is it." Her voice was its usual husky tone, oozing sensuality as she had done effortlessly for the past year or so. Turning back, the brunette said. "Thanks Mac. Now wish me luck." She grinned and gave him a sexy wink.
"Good luck, Faith."
But Faith didn't hear, she was halfway to the door and ready to knock.
"Buffy, why don't you come with us? It will cheer you up." Willow was trying to talk her best friend into accompanying them to the lake. It was such a lovely day and the thought of Buffy sitting home and probably crying was just too much for the witch to take.
"Please Buffy, come on," Dawn begged.
Willow chuckled as Kennedy and Dawn playfully tickled the blonde. "Where's that smile? Oh, I see that smile... such a cute smile." The witch gave her a peck on the cheek before putting down the dishtowel and heading off to answer the door.
"Hang on," the redhead called out, laughing when she heard Buffy's giggles echoing down the hall. Pulling open the door, she pleasantly greeted the pretty stranger. "Yes?"
"Is Buffy home?"
"Faith? ...omigod!" Willow yanked her inside. "Buffy, come here!"
"What? I said I'd go." The little blonde came sullenly down the hall. She froze.
"Hi."
Buffy was speechless as she stared at the beautiful young woman in front of her. She knew Faith would be a knock out, but she had no idea that she'd be this...this hot. Her mouth hung open.
"B, I know you probably hate me, but I had to come back. I love you and--"
Before Faith could get out another word, Buffy hugged her.
