It was just another night. Another normal night at the morgue.

Only not so normal for an ordinary person. But Tru… wasn't an ordinary person.

"Checking in ya'll." Gardez came in carrying a stretcher.

Davis and Tru got up, going after him.

He uncovered the dead body. This time it was a pretty blonde woman.

"She was find in the west cemetery today, at ah… well. Now. Look here, there's two marks on the neck." He showed it to them. "And a bleeding chest. She wasn't shot and it certainly ain't a knife's job. And yes, as you can see she was beat up."

Davis took a look at her neck. "No one will ever find who did this."

"Why's that?" Tru looked at both Davis and Gardez.

"Maybe it's because we call it 'supernatural death plus'. But of course no one believes us and they simply close the case." Explained Davis not really looking at Tru while speaking.

"Supernatural death plus?"

Gardez laughed. "You're scaring her Davis."

"As she should be! We've had people here with those marks on the neck. A while later they were up and walking around, wanting… blood."

"You mean… vampires?"

Davis nodded. "And that's why we burn the dead bodies that come here with those two bite marks on the neck. They indeed have… attacked a lot of people that worked in here. But… nothing to worry about really." Davis smiled.

Tru just couldn't believe any of what Davis told her. Vampires? Dead people talking to her is a lot less insane than actually believe that vampires are real. "And what's her name?"

"Well… Buffy Summers I guess… Her sister, Dawn Summers called the police station telling her sister was gone. The suspect is her girlfriend, Faith, found in a crypt not far from the crime scene. And that's all the information we have…" Gardez took a bracelet from the girl's wrists and gave it to Tru, that looked at it for awhile, in it was written B & F. And with the girl there was also a wooden stake.

"It makes me wonder what was she doing with it."

"Hunting vampires maybe?" joked Davis.

They undressed the body and put her in one of the crypts. Davis left, but she waited, right at the girl's side.

"Hi hun." Buffy smiled at the girl at her side.

"Umm hey B, sleep well?" Faith hugged Buffy tightly.

"Of course I did."

"Good, cause we're leaving to New York now. C'mon, get up."

"Why? And we can't just leave Dawn here…" whispered the blonde.

"Yes we can, she's a big girl you know."

"Faith. We can't."

Faith sighed. "I knew you wouldn't agree, so that's why I remembered to buy another plane ticket."

Buffy smiled, she knew Faith wouldn't tell her why were they going on a travel, but hell she loved Faith's little secrets.

*****

Tru woke up, it was 8 in the morning.

The girl certainly did not ask for her help, but she knew for sure that today wasn't exactly what you'd call today.

How'd she know? She was naked. There was a brunette sitting at a chair eating corn flakes and watching Tom & Jerry.

"Are you sure you're 19 Dawn?" asked Tru. "Cause watching Tom & Jerry doesn't make you any old."

Dawn looked at her and got up, making the plate on her lap fall on the floor.

Tru shook her head in disbelief. She knew that'd happen. She was reliving the day. But why? That girl didn't even ask for her help. So, what was going on?

"I'm sorry…" said Dawn.

"It's okay." Tru began to dress herself up, she had to go save someone from their own girlfriend now. But hey… Dawn was… that girl's sister. Maybe she knew something?

"Hey. Don't. I like you naked." Dawn went over to the bed. "Now come here and kiss me Fai… Tru."

Did she hear that? No… Yeah. She did. She remembered. Dawn was going to call her some other name. Fai… something. Maybe Fairy? Whatever, it didn't matter now.

"You should leave, I've some stuff to do."

Dawn pouted but the look in Tru's face didn't change "Okay. I'll call you later." Dawn put her shoes on got her coat and left.

But she left her wallet behind.

And just out of curiosity Tru got her wallet to take a look.

Yeah. Just as she imagined. Dawn Summers. 16 years old. And a picture of her sister, that dead girl from the morgue.

Tru opened the door, she needed to talk to Dawn about her sister a little.

Dawn was talking on the phone. "Okay, I'll be there in 10, yeah, I know, you'll be in front of the pizza hut, okay, okay, bye." She turned it off. "Ugh, sisters…"

But now she had a better idea. She was going to talk to the girl herself.

"Hey, Dawn?"

"Yeah?" Dawn smiled.

"Could you do me a favor? Like, please?"

"Well… yeah, okay, why not? It's not like I've something to do now."

"Could you, um… clean up that mess you made in there? I've some things to do now and all, I'll be back as soon as I can. And tell you what, if you wait in there, we can do it all again, the way you want. On the top, bottom, 69, rough, slow, fast… Whatever you desire. I'll even be your slave."

She knew she got her.

"No. You'll be master."

"Deal." Tru pulled Dawn closer and kissed her hard. "Just one question… You've a sister right?"

"Yes…"

"And she goes by the name…?"

"Buffy, why?"

"Just curious."

"Alright, so go on now, I'll be here waiting for you."

Tru kissed her again and left.

God. Calling people by other names, it's worst than cheating, Tru thought while walking down the hallway.

*****

Buffy was standing in front of the pizza hut, waiting for Dawn that still didn't show up. Why did her sister always had to be late?

She called her again, but this time no one answered. She hated it when she did that.

"Excuse me…"

Buffy turned around. "Faith? What are you doing here? I thought you were sleeping, I left you a message, we were going to bring you breakfast, you didn't have to…"

"Sorry, but I…"

Buffy kissed her. Tru opened her eyes wide open, she had never felt that way when someone was kissing her.

"You had to get up to do that thing you've been hiding from me right? Aren't you ever going to tell me what is it?"

Tru raised an eyebrow. "B… right?"

"You know it."

"I'm Tru. Tru Davies."

Buffy stared at her for a minute. "Oh God… I thought you were her… I'm so sorry…" Buffy blushed. "But hey, I get it."

"What? You get what?"

"She brought me here so she'd introduce us. You're her sister right? Twin sister… Wow, that's what she has been hiding from me. That's the surprise, otherwise, how'd you call me B?"

"From your bracelet, B & F?"

"What bracelet?"

Tru looked at Buffy's wrists. No bracelet. "Ah. Nothing, just forget it. Anyway. Does wooden stakes reminds you of something?"

"Vampires mostly. And look, why don't we go inside? I don't think Dawn's coming anyway."

"I left her at my apartment."

"What?! God! She's doing it again!"

"Long story, let's go inside, shall we? And sorry, what?"

"Dawn has a crush on Faith… And wait a minute… Davies? But that's not Faith's last name. Damnit Faith stop playing!" Buffy couldn't believe, Faith and that girl, were so similar… no really they were identical.

"Hey. I'm not Faith!"

Buffy looked at her up and down. "Yeah. Faith would never wear these clothes you're wearing, even if it was just to trick me. But yeah, let's go inside, I'm starving."

They walked in and got a table. "So. You say Faith has been hiding something from you is that right?"

Buffy nodded.

"And has she been acting differently around you? Nervous? Mood changes?" Tru had to take all the information possible, and with the blonde girl actually believing Faith and her were sisters made it all very easy.

"Yeah. I don't get it though, I figured I shouldn't ask her what's going on, she says it's a surprise and that I should wait…. Do you know anything?"

By then she knew that Faith was really going to kill Buffy. Why? Maybe she had a thing going on with her sister.

"Not really, no. But, do you know someone that'd like to see you dead?"

Buffy laughed. "A lot of people, most of them are vampires."

"Vampires?"

"Didn't Faith tell you? I'm a slayer, just like her."

"Slayer?"

And that kept on getting better and better. Vampires. Slayers… Now what, werewolves?

"Oh God. She didn't tell you did she?"

"No. She didn't. Care to explain me exactly what do you mean."

"Demons and vampires are real, we slay them. But we're on vacation, so we don't really…"

"Go to cemeteries."

"Right. See? I knew you were her sister."

'And that brings me to the theory that her girlfriend dragged her there, so it could be called a 'supernatural' murder. But then again, how'd Dawn know Faith was the one that killed her?'

"But you just said…"

"Changed my mind."

"You're weird…" whispered Tru.

"Thank you. You're weird too."

And how the hell would she hear what she said?

"Alright. Thanks you too. And do you know someone that could possible beat you up pretty bad?"

"What's with the questions?" Buffy looked weirdly at her.

"Just answer me."

"You really are weird. But okay. I guess, only Faith or some god or something really strong could beat me up pretty bad."

"And how do you know she could beat you up?"

"We've fought before. You know, we hated each other and all. But we're over it."

"Are you really?"

"We forgave each other, yes. But before we could work it out, she went to jail, because of me… I kinda asked her to."

"She was in jail!?" Maybe Faith didn't really forgive Buffy. And yeah, the thought of Dawn and Faith being together still didn't leave her mind.

"Didn't she tell you she killed a guy?"

"And shouldn't she be in jail for life?"

"Well, yeah, but W & H took her out of there, they owned us a favor."

"When you say W & H you mean the biggest law agency? As in the one that just take impossible cases and win them all?"

"That'd be them."

"Aren't they evil?" Tru looked at her watch. "It doesn't really matter now. Listen to what I've to say, please? And Listen carefully. You're gonna die today. Stake in the heart and a.. vampire will bite you.. I think. After all I've heard I really think Faith's going to do it. But please, I might just be crazy or maybe I'm not right about who'll kill you, but I'm almost sure she'll…"

"Weird and crazy. Look, Tru, Faith would never do it. We're over that."

"That might not even be true. You are not into her mind to see if she really is over that."

"Oh. And are you?" Buffy crossed her arms. Faith's sister was crazier than she could ever have imagined.

"No. But I've some clues, and it all leads to her."

Buffy sighed. "Okay… I'll… I'll be careful, even though I don't really believe Faith would try to kill me."

"And promise you won't go to the cemetery tonight?"

"Just because you're Faith's sister."

"I'll call you later." Tru got up.

"But you don't have my phone number…"

"I'm sure Dawn has."

And she just watched her walk away.

*****

Buffy got to her hotel room, Faith was at their bed, watching TV.

"Hi. Where's the food?"

"I met your sister and I completely forgot to buy it. Are you hungry? Cause if you are we could…"

"My sister? What are you talking about?"

"Tru. That's why you brought me here right? To introduce us." Buffy sat by the brunette's side.

"B, are you on drugs? I don't have a sister."

"She's just like you… Except for the clothes. And oh, she knows Dawn!"

Faith sighed. "And isn't that fun? Maybe it's just another of Dawn's tricks."

Buffy shook her head, Dawn would never do anything to hurt her.

"Let's not talk about it, okay?" Buffy put her hand on Faith's thigh, caressing it. "I love you."

"And I love you too. But your girl here is busy, I gotta go." Faith got up and went to the bathroom.

"Where you going?" asked Buffy curious. Faith have been avoiding her and that didn't look good.

"It's a surprise B." Faith smirked.

"A hint? Please?"

"Cemetery."

*****

Faith had to be quick, otherwise she'd never get everything she had in mind on time.

She went to a public phone and dialed a number "C'mon, c'mon… Hello? Yeah, hey, it's me. Did you get it? I told you I need it today, dude, for god sakes. Look, I'll take her there tonight, yeah, tonight, I told you that. Okay, look, if you're not with it, I'll hunt you down and kill you, hear me?!" Faith hang up the phone and looked around.

This wasn't good. This wasn't good at all.

*****

Tru got home and Dawn was still there talking on the phone but she didn't catch everything she said cause by the time she came in Dawn hang up the phone, almost like she was scared of something.

"Dawn I need to talk to you. And it's serious."

"What?"

"It's about your sister… I think someone is going to kill her tonight, and all the evidences make me believe Faith's the one that's going to do it."

Dawn looked at the floor, what the hell did Tru just say? "Faith… I know… She… She has it all planned, I heard her. So I got someone to help me to try and stop her. She's dangerous. I don't like her."

'Dawn has a crush on her…'

No. Tru couldn't believe. Buffy was going to be murdered by her own girlfriend, someone she loved and trusted. And yeah, Dawn was Buffy's sister afterall, she had to trust her. She had to trust her judgment.

"What's your sister phone number?"

*****

Tru ran her fingers through her hair, she, somehow, have never felt so desperate since that last event, since he died on that fire.

She smiled relieved when Buffy picked up the phone.

"Buffy. Hey, listen to me. She's gonna kill you. Faith's gonna kill you, you have to leave!"

"Tru? Is that you?" Buffy rolled her eyes. "Tru, hey, I love her, and I'm sure she won't do anything to… Look, she's here. Bye."

"Damnit!" Tru looked around, but Dawn was nowhere to be seen.

And now she had to be quick, if she wasn't, Faith would probably kill both girls.

*****

"Hey baby." Faith hugged her from behind, kissed her neck and took off her shirt. "I love you."

"Faith… Faith, wait, just … Oh god…"

She wanted to believe that what Tru told her, could somehow, be true, she wanted to, really. But her heart… didn't let her. Her heart would never ever believe that Faith would like to kill her or leave her for that matter.

So she just decided to let go. If she was really going to die today… She wanted to make love to Faith one last time.

*****

When they arrived in the cemetery, nothing seemed different, everything was as it should be.

Faith dragged her to a crypt. There were candles all around.

Buffy got incredibly suspicious. "Why'd you bring me here? Faith, what are you up to?"

"Chill out B." Faith clapped her hands and a few people dressed in black came out of the shadows.

"Are you… are you going to.. kill me? Is that it? Is that why you brought me here? God, I know I should've listened to.."

"Me? Yeah, that's right." Tru got into the crypt.

Faith sighed, what was happening?! "Hey, hey, who the fuck are you?!"

"I'm Tru." She looked at Faith. How could she be just like her?

"Look, I'm not going to kill anyone. These guys are priests, they're supposed to do a protection spell. And anyway, I got this for you." Faith gave Buffy a bracelet. "It's been one year." She smiled.

Tru made a face, why didn't she just take her to a nice restaurant and gave it to the blonde slayer there? Tru shook her head in disbelief, maybe it was some kind of a slayer thing.

"One year? My god, so much has been going on… I'm so sorry, I completely forgot…" Buffy blushed, she wasn't the one that used to forget their anniversary.

And then it hit Tru. Faith wasn't the one that was going to kill Buffy… It was…

Oh god, it was Dawn. It made perfect sense. She used her so she'd have an idea of how Faith was like in bed. She was jealous of Buffy, she was jealous of what she had.

Just when Tru was about to tell Buffy everything, the blonde's slayer phone rang.

"It's Dawn. She's in trouble, some vamps got her. I have to go after her. Faith, stay here and don't leave your sister's side."

Wait… Sister??

Faith looked at Tru weirdly.

"Buffy, wait, you can't…" Tru tried to go after her, but Faith stopped her right away.

"What's your problem?! It's her sister!"

"Look, dead people, talk to me. You gotta believe in me, Buffy's in danger, she'll kill her."

Faith stood in silence for a moment. "Let's go."

They ran after the blonde, minutes later they found her having her ass kicked by a really strong vampire.

Dawn was there, not hurt and with a stake in her hand.

The vampire got Buffy from behind and Dawn approached the slayer.

"After you're dead… Faith's going to be mine."

"Get away from her!" Faith jumped on Dawn before she got the chance to stake her.

Buffy quickly got a piece of wood from the floor and staked the vampire.

But then, when she looked back at Faith… She just couldn't believe. Dawn… she had just…

"NO!" Buffy kicked Dawn away from Faith and kneeled at her side. "Faith? Faith, please, talk to me, talk to me, please!" Buffy was crying.

Faith was all bloody, holding her last breath she looked at Buffy and finally said: "I love you B… forever…"

Tru was standing there, watching it all, she just didn't know what to do.

The priests that were once in the crypt showed up at her side.

"You can save her." Said one of them.

"You were made from her. And she was made from you."

"You both were experimental causes of the Council. She was supposed to be the real Slayer, the Slayer that Buffy wasn't and can never be, a Slayer without feelings."

"But she did it all wrong… She found you inside her when she realized she had feelings for the other Slayer. And that was when the experiment failed. They tried to kill her, but since you're the other part of her soul, if she died, it wouldn't take long for you to die too…."

One of the priests revealed his face and looked into Tru's eyes. "Her soul is still alive, we can bring you two together once again. Not only light, and not only dark. Dark and light, together. And all you have to say is yes."

"If you don't want that, we can make a spell, so you won't die."

Tru looked at Buffy crying over Faith's dead body.

"Yes."

*****

Tru woke up at the hospital. She looked around and there was no one there.

What did happen?

All her memories were mixed up. The only clear memory were Buffy, The Priests, Harrison, Meredith and… Angel.

Angel who?

It happened.

Thousand of memories weren't hers.

They were all from Faith.

She couldn't believe it. It was all true. It wasn't just a dream.

She looked at the door and saw Buffy standing there. All of the sudden she felt all warm inside.

"Hey… What happened?"

Buffy got in the room and sat by her side. "Lot's of yelling, bright light, Faith dead, you talking to me like she used to. Cops, Dawn arrested."

"I'm sorry…"

"You shouldn't be. You saved me. You saved her."

They stood in an awkward silence for a moment.

"Should I call your brother? He's outside, pretty worried."

"Harrison's here? How'd he…"

"TV."

"Oh. Okay. But don't… not now, I want you here, with me…"

"You mean you… What exactly happened? I mean, I know she's alive, I can feel her, but…"

"We're one. Those priests knew everything, they said we were some kind of experiment… One soul split in two… and.. or something."

Buffy smiled and took Tru's hand in hers and then looked down. "Are you still a Slayer? I mean, if she's in you.. you got to…"

"Yeah, yeah, I am. I still am I guess."

"And do you, do you, um, like me?" The blonde Slayer blushed. She had to know, she just had to. She loved Faith more than anything, and she just couldn't live without her. And now that her sister was in jail, she had no one else, because all her friends, were far, far away from her now.

Tru was quiet for a moment, she didn't know. She did like Buffy… But she jut.. She was confused.

Thinking the silence was a "no" Buffy got up, kissed the brunette's forehead and left.

"Buffy…" Tru whispered.

The blonde one got back into the room. "Yeah?"

"Ah.. nothing, nevermind."

They stared at each other.

"I'd better call your brother. I'll see you later?" asked Buffy hopefully.

"I have to work, you know? At the morgue."

"Oh. Okay, then, well, bye." Buffy gave Tru a fake smile and left again.

5 minutes later Harrison came in.

"Hey hey sis', you okay?"

"Perfect." Tru smiled.

"Cool, so, hm, who's the hot chick? Your new friend…?"

"My girlfriend actually." Tru chuckled when she saw the look in Harrison's face.

"Oh dude, why didn't you tell me you were a dyke?"

"Bisexual."

Harrison nodded. "Bisexual."

"Because, hello, this is something new. We just met. I mean, ah, hell, whatever. It doesn't really matter."

"Whatever you say. Well, I gotta go call Meredith, she doesn't know what happened to you and all. So yeah, I'll see you later."

*****

Tru arrived at the Morgue, Davis was right there, waiting for her. He looked pale, but smiled as soon as he saw her. "Oh thank god! We thought you were dead." Davis got her by the hand and took her to the crypt. "Look." He pointed out to a body.

Not only a body. Faith's body.

Tru looked at Davis. "Could you.. I need to think."

Davis raised his eyebrows "In here?"

"Yes, I'm very weird, I know, thanks, bye." Tru pushed Davis away.

She walked over to Faith's body and looked down to her face.

"I figure if I talk to your dead body it'll be better than talking to myself…" Tru laughed a little. "I know you're not going to ask for my help, cause you're inside me now. But if I asked for your help.. would you help me? God this is ridiculous." Tru sighed. Why was she doing this? "I liked her, you know? Since I laid my eyes on her. I felt this thing inside, but I thought it was just attraction, a foolish attraction. Jesus Christ, can you at least hear me? Are you really inside me?" She stopped for a moment. "Hell, I don't know, I love her, I know I do. But I don't understand, I don't get how… I mean, will I satisfy her? I don't know if I can replace you, even though we're one now… I want her really bad, but I don't know if I'll be enough…"

Tru heard some footsteps then she felt a hand on her shoulder.

"Yeah, you will Tru."

She turned around to only to find Buffy smiling at her.

"It's all weird now, what I felt for her, is now stronger. It's like… I don't know how to explain, but it's good."

And Buffy was the one that took the first step, she touched Tru's face and kissed her.

*****

Davis decided Tru's time to think was taking too long, so he walked in the crypt only to find Tru and Buffy having sex right there. And by the look in Buffy's face, she was really enjoying what Tru was doing to her.

But then he quickly covered his eyes seeing that snick in people like that wasn't good. So he turned around and left.

"Having sex in a place full of dead bodies? Yeah, she really is very weird." He mumbled.

*****

"Did you hear that?" asked Tru.

"That what?"

"I think Davis was here. And I think we might have scared him, but… whatever. Was it good for you?" Tru smiled.

"She asked me the same thing after the first time we had sex. And to answer your question, yes it was. Very good actually."

"Good, cause I was really…."

"Shut up and kiss me."

"Huh? You wanna do it again?" Asked the brunette surprised.

"Hell yeah!"

Tru smiled and gave Buffy a quick kiss. "I love you Buffy… I mean.. B."

"Thank God you'll keep my nickname." Buffy was happy that Tru wanted to be with her. She was happy, that somehow, Faith was still alive.

The End
