"B, now you stay with me. Don't wander off, okay?" Faith released Buffy's hand as they got to the supermarket doors.
"Stay. Buffy stay with Faith." Cave-Buffy repeated standing and staring, enthralled by the automatic doors at the entrance.
"Yeah. Jus' remember that." Faith pulled the little blonde behind her into the store. Buffy's eyes widened.
"Look! Look Faith!" She tugged on the brunette, pointing to the cereal display.
"Yep. It looks like that shit ya ate this mornin' is on sale. Go grab a box, B and come right back."
"Buffy get box." She ran off to the display, while Faith got a cart.
"Young lady, would you like to try an Owens breakfast sausage?" the woman unwittedly held out a sample tray.
Cave-Buffy sniffed. "Mmmm... good."
"Yes. It has quite a lovely aroma." The woman continued her sales pitch as Buffy grabbed one and gobbled it down.
"Oh good! Good!" The little caveslayer grunted as she cleared the tray.
"Hey! Miss! Excuse me!"
"Uh... yeah, you're excused." Faith quickly grabbed Buffy's hand and pulled her away from the small group now gathering and watching with suprise. "She hasn't had anything to eat today. You know how it is." Faith said, shrugging at the offended woman.
"Good! More! Buffy want more!" Buffy pointed at the sausage lady.
"No." Faith laughed and dragged the smaller girl behind her. "Geez B, that was funny though. Did ya see that lady's face? You're such a little piggy."
Buffy snorted and smiled up at Faith, "Piggy! Buffy's a piggy." She giggled, excitedly. "Piggy! Hehehe! Piggieeee!"
"Yeah. But you're my piggy, right?" Faith couldn't help herself as she pulled Buffy into hug. She glimpsed other shoppers staring and quickly released her, clearing her throat uncomfortably. "Okay B, now pay attention. I wanna hurry this up." Faith nudged the shorter girl along.
"Hurry! Hurry!" Buffy stumbled as she tried to cling to Faith. A couple of pre-adolescent girls watched, snickering.
Faith glared at them, mumbling under her breath. "Yeah... hate these places... they're filled with lousy kids." She ruffled Buffy's hair teasingly. "Ya know, runts like you."
"Runt?" The little blonde frowned; she wasn't certain she liked that word. She tried to tug Faith back toward the pyramid of cereal, but Faith effectively ignored the effort.
"Oh... noooo.... Cereeeeaaaallll..." Buffy cried out, pointing toward the display.
"No. B, that lady's over there... I know that I said it was funny...but... well B, she must think you're kinda slow or somethin' an'... Well, let's get a different brand... Captain Crunch ain't so great anyhow. How `bout Alphabets or Cocoa Puffs? Hmmm? Now that's some good shit. And we'll get Cheerios. Then you're covered. Look Honey Nut Cheerios. Somehow that seems perfect. See there's a bee on the box. A bee for you, B. Buzzzz. You're a little bee." Faith lightly poked the smaller girl, laughing. "A bee. Get it? Buzzzz. You're my little bee... my Buffy bee...bzzz...bzzz" Faith reached out and tickled the blonde, trying to distract her from the Captain Crunch display.
Buffy immediately broke into a fit of giggles. "Bee. Me Buffy bee. buzzzz... bzzz... See... Faith see... Bzzzzz. Bees fly. Me a bee. Buffy bee fly. Bzzzzz." She held out her arms and ran down the isle. "Buzzz...buzzz. Faith! See! Buffy bee flies."
"Shhhh... yeah B. Settle down and come here." Faith glared at some of the staring shoppers, daring them to linger. They hurriedly pushed their carts and went on their way. "Buffy... over here." She grabbed the little caveslayer's hand, pulling her back to the cart. Faith tipped Buffy's face up and wiped a bit of breakfast sausage from her lips. "You're supposed to be helping me, remember? Hmmm?"
Buffy nodded. "Help Faith. Buffy help Faith."
"Yeah, that's right... so slow down. I don't have a list so we're jus' doing the isle by isle thing. Hey B, over there. Go get us a loaf of bread and don't squish it." Faith gave her a gentle shove in the direction of the bakery.
"Yes. `kay Faith. Buffy get bread. `kay." She bounded off. *Bread. Get bread. Bread for Faith. Don't squash bread. No squash.* The caveslayer rushed back proudly with the bread. "No squash. No squashed."
"Huh? Yeah good, B. Put it in the cart." Faith turned back toward the shelf.
"Bzzzz. Buffy bee... buzzzz." Cave-Buffy bounced next to Faith, looking for attention. "Faith? Faith? Buffy bee. See... buzzz." She tugged Faith's sleeve, whining. "Faaaiittthh?"
"Uh-huh." Faith absently patted Buffy. "Shhhh. C'mon babe, we have to get some more milk... and orange juice. Ooh, and this." The brunette tossed a box of crackers into the cart then a bag of cookies, moving ahead slowly and scanning the isle.
"Oh! Cookies!" Cave-Buffy's eyes lit up. "Good... yum. Yeah. Good!" She reached into the cart tearing the bag.
"B, hey! Arrrgh!.. No!" Faith stopped, preparing to take the cookies away, but Buffy smiled up excitedly holding one. "Frick! Damn it! Fine. Have a cookie, but don't do that again. You have to wait till we pay for things first. Understand?"
"Coookkkkiiesssss! Cookie!" Buffy munched the cookies, grinning with crumbs and chocolate on her face. "Faith want cookie?" The little blonde held one out.
Faith shrugged and took it. "Huh... yeah, these are pretty good cookies." She reached over and smoothed a few loose blonde curls from Buffy's face before nudging her on. "Okay B.. go grab a ticket for me. We have to wait in a line over here." They stopped at the deli counter.
Buffy raced in front of several coed-looking guys and pulled a number from the dispenser. The frat guys turned and smiled at them, talking to each other. "Dude, they're hot. Check `em out."
"Look at the blonde. She's a fox."
"No man, the brunette. The brunette I tell ya... look at that body and all encased in leather. Dude! She'll make your eyes roll back I bet ya." The tall boy laughed socking his other friend in the arm. "See, it's the brunette. She is the one... You can have that prissy blonde."
"Ooh come here..." The third guy, a muscle bound blonde, turned to his stoned friend, "Hey dude, let's invite them to our party. Whaddya think?"
"Yeah. The brunette will suck ya dry..." The stoner agreed. "Dave's right; the brunette is a fuck and a half. Oh yeah!" He grinned and slapped his friend's shoulder. "Parker might like that blonde though. Go invite `em."
Faith glimpsed the college boys watching them. *Oh fuck... and those guys are cuties too. Damn, how embarrassing!* Faith pretended she didn't know Buffy and glanced in the other direction.
The little blonde pressed her face against the glass of the Lobster tank. "Look Faith! Spiders. Oh no. Aaaa! Help! Ugly spiders!" She screamed and ran to Faith clinging to her.
The guys roared, nudging each other. "Check it out. Fuck, that chick must be on acid or somethin'."
"Dude, invite `em quick. I want the brunette."
"No way, the drugged chick.. Take the drugged chick. We can drop her in a bedroom and run a train on her."
"Yeah man, bang that little chick all night."
"I don't know, Dave. She's got cookie crumbs all over her face... Maybe she's retarded."
"No dude. She's too hot. She's just fuckin' high or something." The stoner chimed in, squinting and nodding. "I'd do her. Yeah. And I bet those babes get it on together. See, look at the way the blonde's hangin' on her. Oh yeah, now that's hot!"
"Fuck! Invite `em! Invite `em!"
"Invite them yourself, ya fuckin' pussy!" The tall boy shoved the other in annoyance.
"You dick!"
"Well, while you girls settle it. I'm going over to bag a babe. Later." The stoner walked over to Faith.
"Hey, how's it going? Your friend gonna be alright?" The coed grinned at Faith and held out his hand. "I'm Jason... And you are?"
Faith smiled back at the handsome boy and took his hand, "Hey. Nice to meet ya. I'm Faith and this little freak is Buffy. Say hi, B."
"Hi bee." Buffy giggled.
Jason's eyes narrowed. *Either she's high or she's being a bitch. Huh?* "Well my friends and I were wondering." He gestured back at the guys stupidly watching them. "Yeah... um... we were wondering if ya weren't doing anything... you know... if you'd want to go to a party later. It's at our frat house. Oh and you're invited too, Buffy. I think my friend Parker would totally want to meet ya."
"Parker? Parker?! Parker bad!" Buffy suddenly screeched, shoving Jason hard. "Parker bad!" The little blonde repeated angrily, shoving the boy hard again. Faith caught him as he stumbled backwards.
"Never mind!" He straightened, holding his hands up to ward Buffy off. "Shit honey, maybe you should lay off the drugs!" Jason then turned back to look at Faith, eyeing her up and down again. "Hey, but you're still welcome to come... or maybe I can call ya." He ran his hand over Faith's leather clad bottom, leering suggestively.
"Buffy! NO!" Faith reached up and blocked Buffy's punch, wrapping her arms around the little blonde and pulling her back. "No B, it's okay. Don't!"
"FAITH MINE! MINE!" The caveslayer shouted, kicking and swinging. Buffy was attempting to get loose intent on beating the hell out of the boy. "NO! YOU NO TOUCH! NO TOUCH FAITH! FAITH MINE! BUFFY STRONG! BUFFY HURT BOY!"
A crowd gathered and gawked as Faith struggled to hold Buffy back. "No! B, stop it! C'mon, let's go. It's okay. Shhhh!" She glanced at the onlookers. "Get lost! Whaddya looking at?! Fuck off!" They slowly dispersed, meanwhile the boys grabbed Jason pulling him away.
"Never mind dude. They're just a couple of dykes. Let's go."
"Yeah. The blonde one's crazy!"
Faith sneered, "I'll show ya crazy. Now get gone before I let her start kickin' your asses! You don't want that... `cause I'll be the one who finishes it! Got it! Ya frickin' creeps!"
"Whoa! They're both crazy! C'mon, get back. Let's go! Jason?!"
"Fuck you! You bitch!" Jason stepped near, yelling in Buffy's face. "And you! You little cunt, your girlfriend's a whore!"
Faith gave him a big smile then casually let go of Buffy. BAM! The tiny blonde slayer swung so quick, he never saw the punch. Jason was out cold before he hit the floor.
"Aw shit! I think the bitch broke his nose. Look at all the blood on his face." The tall boy knelt over Jason.
Faith peered down. "Yeah. I think she did."
"Get away, you bitch!"
"B, no!" Faith immediately caught Buffy, pulling her into another bear hug. "That's enough." She gently consoled the little slayer who had tears of anger streaming down her face. "Shhh. I know you're mad. It's okay. Shhh."
"Buffy hurt boy! Boy bad! Buffy want to hurt boy more. More!"
"Shhhh B. No. No. No more." Faith squeezed her close, whispering in her ear. "Be a good girl. No more. I want you to be good. Good girl. Hmm?... Time to go."
Cave-Buffy sniffled and nodded as Faith dragged her from the scene. "Food? Faith? Food?!" Buffy worriedly asked.
"Shit, they'll probably call the police." Faith spoke gruffly watching the small crowd.
"Cereal? Bread? Milk?... hungry. Buffy hungry. Cookies?" Cave-Buffy cried gesturing toward their cart.
Faith looked back at her then slowly grinned. "Well at least you're all petite and shit. I don't think the cops would believe you could break anyone's nose. You're too cute... cookie crumbs on your face. Come here." Faith hugged her. "Okay B, we'll try and finish shopping. But you have to be.."
"GOOD! Buffy be good. Buffy good." The little slayer promised quickly. "No bad! Not bad! Buffy good." Her green eyed still held unshed tears as she nodded her head. "Buffy listen to Faith."
Faith rescued their partially filled cart, casting a glance at the retreating boys. Jason limped off still holding his nose while the other boys half carried him.
Faith could barely stifle a laugh at the site. *Fuck! Can't take B anywhere these days!* She smiled as she thought about what just happened. *B, defending my honor. Huh? Imagine that!* She pushed the cart in front of the little blonde obediantly waiting. "Okay B. Now if you're good the rest of the time, I'll take you to the toy store later."
"Toys! Toys!" Cave-Buffy clapped her hands. "Want toys!"
Faith glanced over at Buffy who now sat contently munching the snack given to her and watching cartoons. The small caveslayer giggled. "Funny bunny! Ha.. Bugs! Awww... poor duck. Hehehe... Daffy! Daffy, silly duck." She tilted her head and poked the TV screen. "Be nice Bugs. Bad bunny. Be nice to Daffy!"
Faith remained in the kitchen and stood quietly observing the little blonde. *Fuck, she's cute! Ugh, what am I doin'?... Jezuz christ! What is goin' on anyway?! I'm suppose to hate her... and I can't! She's still Buffy!... well, kinda... and kinda not... Buffy but different Buffy... all sweet... and cute... Yeah, she's wicked cute!... but... Dammit Faith... You shouldn't be having sex with her!... It's creepy!...and... It's wrong!... Shit, I don't even need little miss morality in there to tell me that much... but goddang it's good... she's soooo sexy... mmm... and hot in bed... jeezuz girl, those were some awesome orgasms... Wicked good!... Yeah, they were!... mmm... B..*
Faith stared at Buffy's mouth as the older slayer set her milk glass down. *What a cute little mouth... so kissable... mmm... kissing Buffy Summers... Fuck, so many of these dorks in this town would kill for that oppurtunity... and I can jus' walk in there and have her... oh, yeah...* The brunette shifted suddenly aware of her own arousal.
"Faith! Faith, look!" Cave-Buffy clapped her hands in excitement. "Look! Tiny people singing! Hehehe! See! Faaaiiittthh!"
Faith could feel an enormous smile spreading across her face. *The little shit!... She sure knows how to get me.* "What B? What is it?" The younger slayer walked into the room and casually glanced at the television.
Buffy's eyes lit up when she noticed Faith. "Faith! Faith here!" The little caveslayer threw her arms around the brunette's waist and leaned her cheek against Faith's chest, grunting out. "Buffy like Faith! My Faith! Look Faith, see the tiny people singing. Hehehe! Tiny, tiny people!" The cartoons had ended and now music videos were playing.
Cave-Buffy became serious and asked, "Faith, see tiny people in TV?! How they get tiny? How they fit?!" She snuggled further into Faith's arms, resting against the brunette's cleavage.
"Huh?" Faith could feel Buffy's warm breath against her breasts. "Uh... um... oh yeah, B... they're not really... well what it is, is that they're... uhhh... they're.." The brunette stopped to think on an explaination. She shrugged and then said, "Yeah, they're really tiny. Aren't they?.. It's jus' crazy, B." She smirked as the blonde accepted her response without question.
"Oh, just tiny people? Just tiny people! Tiny people good. Tiny people funny! See tiny people singing!"
Faith kissed the top of Buffy's head several times. *Who am I kidding... I like this little runt.* She closed her eyes and held Buffy tight. *She's a muffin, alright... and for now she's mine.* "Uh-huh, B. The tiny people are singing. You like that, don't ya?" She gently stroked Buffy's silky blonde hair playing with some of the natural curls that sprung up here and there. *Damn, I love her hair.*
"Faith? Want milk?" Cave-Buffy pulled away and reached over picking up her glass and offering it to Faith.
"No baby, I'm not thirsty. Let's go take a nap." Faith could feel a rush of heat between her legs at the thought of laying down with her caveslayer. *Oh, I want her. Fuck, I want her.* "C'mon B, nap time." She gently pried the milk glass away and set it back down.
"Nap time. O-kay, Faith. O-kay. Buffy take nap. Faith?"
"Yes B? What babe?" Faith could feel herself burning for the other girl. She swallowed hard, pushing her guilt away.
"Faith, you take nap with Buffy?"
"Uh-huh. Yep, I'm taking a nap with you B."
"Bee. Bee. Buzzz...bzzz..." The small blonde jumped up and ran to the bedroom making buzzing noises. "Buffy bee!" She snorted and screamed as Faith chased her into room. The brunette grabbed the smaller girl and easily tossed her onto the bed. "Aah!" Buffy broke into a fit of giggles as Faith tickled her unmercifully. "Help! Nooooo!" She shrieked and giggled some more.
"C'mon B. Buzzz... Sting me, ya silly little bee." Faith teased, tickling the petite slayer and laughing. "Show Faith what ya got."
Cave-Buffy threw her arms around Faith's neck and kissed her in between giggles. Faith stopped tickling her and became still, staring down at Buffy. *Holy shit!* She felt caught as she gazed into the two sparkling green eyes. *God, look at her... and those eyes... they're so... so beautiful... she's so beautiful and perfect... little miss perfect... damn... she is... Buffy is perfect... perfectly beautiful... perfectly hot... perfectly do-able... perfectly lovable... Oh fuck, I do... I love Buf... Oh no... Wait!... Hold up, Faith!...No way... Nah... Not doing it!... No frickin' way!... NO!* Faith pulled out of Buffy's arms and shoved her back.
"NO! Enough... you take a nap now... by yourself... and no whining." The brunette spoke harshly as she stepped from the bed, leaving a shocked little slayer in her wake.
"Huh? What Buffy do? What Buffy do?!.. Faith angry?" Tears welled up in her big green eyes as she stared at Faith, completely stunned by the sudden change.
"Yeah, I'm angry. I'm sick of your neediness... an' maybe... jus' maybe.. I don't want ya hanging on me all the time either... grubbin' me up, ya know... with your dirty little paws..." Faith shouted unable to control her own frustration.
Cave-Buffy looked at her hands with uncertainty. *Buffy dirty?*
Faith ignored the little slayer's hurt expression and continued her tirade, "Yep, you're a real pain my ass... nothing but a whiny pest!... I can't wait until you leave... `Cause ya know what?! Under all the cave-girl crap, you're still that bitch I hate! That's right! I HATE YOU, BUFFY SUMMERS! I'LL ALWAYS HATE YOU!"
Buffy shook her head, tears streaming down her face, "NO! NO! FAITH BAD! YOU BAD!" She blindly shoved at Faith, knocking her down.
Cave-Buffy tried to run past her but Faith reached out and grabbed her ankle pulling her to the floor. "NOOOO! WANT TO GO!" The little caveslayer screamed, kicking and punching. "NO! BUFFY LEAVE! NO WANT FAITH!"
Faith looked down at the hysterical blonde, crying and struggling to get up. *Oh fuck me! What'd I do! Why'd I do that!.. Oh Buffy, I'm sorry... Shit, I'm sorry.* She wrapped her arms around the sobbing slayer. "Shhhh, c'mon B. I didn't mean it. Shhhh, stop crying. It's okay. I didn't mean it. No, please... please stop crying... come here... let me hold you."
"No. No." Cave-Buffy tried to wiggle out of Faith's arms. "Faith bad. No like Faith. Buffy go now. Buffy no stay! No stay!"
Faith could feel her own tears coming. "No baby. I don't want you to go. C'mon B. No... Please... Please, let me hold ya... I'm sorry... I swear I didn't mean... I don't know why I was mean. Really B, I don't hate ya. I don't."
Buffy quieted a bit and stopped struggling. "Shhhh... that's it. Good Buffy. It's okay... See. Let's go lay on the bed... C'mon." Faith spoke gently, kissing and stroking the tiny slayer. "Please B. Lemme jus' hold you. Hmmm? The floor is kinda uncomfortable. Can we lay on the bed? Is that okay? Buffy... hmm?"
The caveslayer gave her an unhappy nod, letting Faith pick her up. Tears still ran down her flushed little cheeks and a big pout graced her lips, but she silently held on as Faith adjusted her in her arms and carried her to the bed.
The brunette very delicately laid the older slayer down and climbed onto the bed next to her. "Okay B, that's better. See... more comfy?" Faith awkwardly pulled Buffy back into her arms. "Let's take that nap, now."
"No! No touch!" Cave-Buffy pushed at Faith. "Buffy dirty! Buffy pest! Faith hate Buffy!"
"No, that's not true. I don't hate you. I don't hate you, B." Faith gave a weak laugh. "Hell, right now you're barely Buffy anyway." That statement seemed little comfort to the small blonde who merely crossed her arms in front of her chest and glared. "B, c'mon. You know I didn't mean any of that. How could I?"
Cave-Buffy turned to lay with her back facing Faith. "Buffy take nap. Faith go now. Go."
"B? Please?" Faith placed a hand lightly on the small of Buffy's back.
"NO!" The little caveslayer screamed. "NO TOUCH BUFFY! NO TOUCH!"
"Shhhh. Okay. Okay, B. Calm down. I won't touch you. I promise. Let's jus'... um... talk about it. Okay. I want to explain."
"NO TALK! GO! FAITH NO LIKE BUFFY! GO!"
"Okay B. I'm leavin'... Hey, but I want you to know... I'm sorry... an' I don't hate ya... I don't hate you at all. Not even a little, okay." Faith leaned close and stole a kiss before Buffy could push her away. "You take your nap now, B. If ya need anything... I'm just out here... ya know. Okay?" Faith got up and quietly left the room. She closed the door and leaned up against it, crying softly. *Fuck! I'm such a dumbass!*
Faith turned off the television and walked back to the bedroom. *Jus' need to check on her. That's all.* She pressed her ear to the door and listened. *Nothin'. B, must be asleep.* The brunette eased the door open and peeked in.
Cave-Buffy laid curled and hugging a pillow. Faith slid quietly into the room, and snuck onto the bed behind Buffy. "B?" She whispered. "Buffy, are you awake?"
The little caveslayer grumbled and turned around, snuggling into Faith's arms. "I guess you've forgiven me then." The brunette smiled and gazed down at the sleeping slayer nestled against her. She took in all the delicate features of Buffy's pretty face finding herself continually drawn to that pouty mouth. *Damn... B, you're so beautiful.* Faith leaned in and touched her lips to Buffy's.
"No. No. Buffy tired." The caveslayer mumbled, swatting at Faith.
The brunette laughed and kissed her again.
"Nooo." Cave-Buffy whimpered angrily.
"Shhh.. B, it's okay." Faith whispered as she held Buffy tightly and closed her eyes.
The little caveslayer laid in bed watching Faith and waiting for her to wake up. *Hungry. Buffy hungry.* Buffy shook the brunette. "Faith? Faith? Hungry."
"Huh? What?" Faith rolled away from her, going back to sleep.
"Hungry." Cave-Buffy climbed out of bed and made her way to the kitchen. *Food.*
The faint sound of the phone intruded on her dreams followed by a loud shriek from the caveslayer. Faith sat up completely awake. *What the hell!*
"B, what's goin' on?" She could hear Buffy's giggles coming down the hall.
"Faaaiiith!" The little blonde jumped onto the bed and hugged Faith. "Faith back."
"Yeah, I'm awake. Why were you screaming?" The phone could be heard again. Cave-Buffy pointed. "Oh shit, the phone."
"Phone?"
"Why didn't you tell me?!" Faith ran to the kitchen to get it.
"Phone!" Buffy announced proudly still sitting on the bed.
"BUFFY!" Faith missed reaching the phone in time, but she was getting a good look at the kitchen. "B, get your butt in here right now!"
*Uh-oh! Faith mad.* The caveslayer came down the hall with her head hung down.
"What'd ya do?!" Faith pointed at all the open cabinets and items pulled out. A variety of things were opened and half eaten or spilled on the floor. "Dammit B! Look at this mess!"
"Buffy hungry." The little blonde's eyes filled with tears. She spoke in a quiet voice, "Hungry."
"Why didn't you just ask? I would have gotten you something to eat."
Cave-Buffy looked up and seeing Faith's angry expression, the tears spilled over. "Faith mad?"
"Yeah. I'm mad! Look!" The brunette gestured toward the disaster.
The older slayer ran to the front door crying hard, "Buffy go. Buffy go." She pulled at the doorknob.
"Fuck! Come here! B, come here."
"Nooo!" The little slayer kicked the door and leaned against it crying.
"Okay now, that's enough. Shhh.." Faith walked over and picked her up. "Shhh B. Hey, listen to me. It's okay. Stop crying. Damn. B, if you stop crying I'll take you to the toy store. Remember? Yeah. We're going to the toy store."
"Toy store?" The little caveslayer sniffled and nodded.
"Yeah, that's it. No more crying. Good girl." She carried Buffy to the sofa and sat down, holding the blonde on her lap. She wiped the tears and kissed her softly. "Are you good now, B? Better?"
Buffy nuzzled Faith's neck and sniffed. *Girl smells nice.* "Faith?"
"Yeah B? What?"
Cave-Buffy leaned back and cocked her head slightly studying Faith. "Faith like Buffy?"
"What? Yeah. Of course, I .." Faith stopped mid-sentence and looked closely at the wild little blonde. She smiled slowly. "Yep. I sure do. I like you, B. I like you a whole lot. `kay?"
The caveslayer threw her arms around Faith and hugged her tight.
"Okay B. Toy store time and then over to see your groupies and Giles."
Willow leaned over the book that Anya had opened up. "Hey, get your own book." The ex-demon shoved Willow away in annoyance.
Giles cleared his throat before asking, "Willow, didn't you say Faith agreed to bring Buffy here?"
"Yes, this morning when I stopped by before class. I tried to call earlier but there was no answer. I just figured they were on their way. I can try again." The red headed witch made her way over to the phone.
"Never mind." Xander gestured toward the door. Faith was ushering a noisy cave-Buffy into the Magic Box.
"Faith? Faith, raining. Look."
"Yeah B, it's starting to rain so get your butt inside." Faith looked up at the group. "Hey, sorry we're late. We had somewhere to go first."
"Toy store!" Buffy squeaked.
"Uh... yeah, um.. so what'd you guys find out?" The brunette could feel herself blushing under their close scrutiny.
Giles was the first to respond, "Not a whole lot but there is another matter that needs attention."
"Let's have it then, G-man." Faith interupted as she made her way over to the table.
"Faaaiith?" Buffy whined grabbing for her hand.
Xander glanced over at Willow who merely shrugged in response.
"Faaiith?" Buffy reached for her hand again; this time Faith let her take it.
"Giles thinks there may be some new vampire cult in town." Anya offered.
"Oh?"
Giles began explaining to Faith while cave-Buffy clung to her still fidgeting.
Willow and Xander were trying to get little blonde's attention.
"B, go sit down. Willya?" Faith impatiently pulled a chair and forced her in it before following Giles.
"Hi Buffy." Willow said warmly. Tara turned and gave her a smile.
"Hi!" She greeted them energetically.
"Hey Buffster, where'd you get that?" Xander pointed at the stuffed animal Buffy was clutching.
"Faith." She grinned happily hugging it closer. The scoobies peered over at Faith and Giles who were walking toward the back room still discussing something.
"Can I see it?" Xander held out his hand. The little caveslayer looked at him for moment considering his request, then carefully passed it to him. "Look at this." He laughed, nudging Willow.
"Oh, how cute! It's a stuffed bee." Willow took it from Xander.
"I thought you said Faith and Buffy don't get along." Tara whispered taking the plush toy from Willow and handing back to the anxious caveslayer.
"They don't. Faith doesn't like Buffy; she never really has." Xander chimed in.
Willow faltered, uncertain of the truth in that statement. Cave-Buffy had been listening and became upset.
"NO! NO! Faith likes Buffy!" She smacked the table angrily. "No!"
"What's going on in here?" Giles came out from the workout room. Faith was behind him carrying a sword. The little caveslayer rushed over to brunette and clung to her.
"B, what's wrong?" Faith glanced over at the guilty expressions on the others.
"Faith likes Buffy!" Cave-Buffy seemed insistant. "Like Buffy?"
"Yeah B. I like you. It's okay. Shhh. They were jus' playin'. Calm down." Faith glared at them as she spoke to Buffy. "Listen B, I have to go out for awhile. I won't be gone long so.."
"NO! NO! Buffy go to!"
"You can't B. I have to go slaying. I want you to stay here. Do you understand me?"
"Nooo. Buffy go to."
"B! Are you going to be good?!"
The little caveslayer nodded her head vigorously, "Buffy good. Buffy listen."
"Okay then you're staying here. I'll come back for ya. I promise."
Buffy let herself be led back to table and sat down. She peered over at Xander and frowned.
Faith dug in the bag she had brought and produced a coloring book and crayons which she placed in front of Buffy. "Here. And if you get hungry." Faith pulled out a bag of goldfish crackers.
"Ooh Faith, pass those over here." Xander's eyes lit up. The dark slayer sighed but tossed the bag over to him before turning to Willow.
"Red, you'll watch out for her, right?"
"Of course." Willow was torn between feeling insulted that Faith even thought she had to ask that question and touched that Faith seemed to care enough to ask.
"Well I gotta go then." The sword-wheeling slayer looked over at Giles who gave her a nod.
Buffy's pout grew. "Nooo. No go."
Faith returned the hug before gently removing Buffy's hands. "B, listen to me. I'm coming back. Just wait here. Stay with Willow. Okay?"
"Buffy wait here."
"That's it B. See ya in few."
Everyone's eyes followed Faith then turned to the caveslayer who sat still staring at the door.
"Buffy, what have you got there." Willow sat in the chair next to cave-Buffy and opened her coloring book and crayons. "Help me color this."
The little blonde took a crayon and went to work.
Faith stepped into the tomb and found herself facing four of the vamps. *Shit!* "Hey there, boys."
"Slayer!" The vampire closest to Faith gasped.
"Well howdy to you too." Faith smirked, swinging the sword and removing his head in one swift motion. "One down and three to go. Who's next?"
"Bravo, slayer. We were expecting the blonde, but you'll do." The vampire near the altar waved his hands and several more vamps came out of their hiding places.
*Not good!* Faith turned and noticed that her escape was now blocked.
Cave-Buffy held up her coloring book, showing the picture to Anya.
"No Buffy, color in the lines. See." Anya directed her. Giles looked up from his book to give the ex-demon a frown. "Well I'm just trying to help."
"Being quiet while we research a cure for Buffy, that would be more helpful." Giles suggested irritably.
"Hey Wil, is there anything else to eat in that bag Faith brought?" Xander motioned to Willow who got up to look in the bag.
"I can't believe she brought a bag of stuff for Buffy. Look at this." Willow brought out a couple of juice boxes which received an immediate reaction from both Xander and a somewhat hyper cave Buffy.
"Juice!" The small blonde clapped her hands and squirmed in her seat, waiting.
"I want one." He reached across the table.
"Hang on Xander. Let me take care of her first. I swear, you behave worse than a child sometimes." Willow puntured the juice box with a straw and then placed it in the little caveslayer outstretched hand. She recieved a grunt of gratitude from the blonde. "Aw, she's so cute right now, isn't she Tara? Little grunting Buffy." Willow stroked Buffy's soft blonde locks; the small slayer smiled up at her while continuing to suck on the straw. "Here Xan." She tossed a juice box over to Xander.
"Yeah baby, give me the juice." He caught the box and was soon sucking it down as fast as Buffy. "Hey, what else is there?"
"Do you two mind?" Giles glared at the teenagers. "This isn't helping Buffy one bit."
"Giles, don't you think it's probably just best to let this wear off. I mean, Faith seems to be taking good care of Buffy." Tara held up a juice box and gestured at the coloring book and the content little caveslayer. "She's actually spoiling her if nothing else. I think Buffy's attachment to Faith is proof of that. You guys can't say you didn't notice it."
"Okay, I admit it was pretty weird. Wil, any other snacks in that bag?"
"Xander please!" Giles shot him a disapproving look before responding to Tara. "I am inclined to agree with you on that point. After all, there's no need to take unnecessary risk. Nevertheless, it's still our responsibility to research for a quicker cure." Giles remarked, sighing as he watched the group's attention fade. "But I suppose we are due for a break."
"Ooh yeah, there's some chocolate chip cookies in here too." Willow held them up.
"Cookies!" Cave-Buffy reached for them.
"Yeah, chocolate chippy goodness!" Xander put out his hand enthusiastically. "Hurray for Faith, right Buffster."
"Faith! Faith good. Buffy like Faith." Cave-Buffy gleefully shoved at Xander.
"Yeah, that's what I said. Take it easy there, caveslayer." Xander rubbed his shoulder but stood waiting for Willow to hand him a cookie.
"I'll have one of those." Giles cleared his throat, slightly embarrassed when the gang turned to look at him in unison. "If there are enough, of course."
"Yeah, there's enough but I think the polite thing to do would be to ask Buffy since Faith obviously packed them for her." Willow leaned down next to the little blonde who sat munching a cookie and bouncing in her chair. "Buffy, can we have some cookies too?"
"Yes. Willow, cookie! Willow nice. Cookie! Eat cookie, Willow!" Cave-Buffy shoved the cookies at Willow.
"Thank you Buffy." The red-head starting passing the cookies out. They turned at the tinkling of the bell. Faith stumbled in, injured but smiling.
"Hey there." She barely had the words out before being nearly knocked over by an overly excited Buffy. "Oomph!" Faith managed to stay standing, but she paled considerably. "Okay B, that's enough."
"Faith, are you alright?" Giles asked worriedly motioning for Xander to give him a hand. They pulled a complaining Buffy away and moved to help Faith. "Willow, call Buffy over, please. What happened?"
"It was a trap but they were expecting Buffy."
"How did you get away?" Tara stepped near.
She barely finished the question when Spike came clattering through the door. "Hey there kitten, are you alright?" He ignored the others and rushed to Faith's side.
"Yeah, I'm just peachy." She gave him a sarcastic smirk then softened a bit. "Thanks bleach boy. Couldn't done it without ya."
Spike suddenly seemed flustered. "Right then, let's get ya patched up." He bent, prepared to pick Faith up and carrying her to the back room.
"NO! NO TOUCH! FAITH MINE!" Cave-Buffy screamed in anger and shoved him hard.
Spike slid across the floor and hit the wall. He pulled himself up, cursing. "WHAT THE BLOODY HELL! ARE YOU MAD?!" He continued his rant out of sheer frustration. "What does a bloke have to do to get a break around here?! Christ! I just helped save a slayer! And this is my thanks?!!! Good god, why bother?!!!" He moved toward Buffy. "You're nothin' but an ungrateful bitch anyway!"
"Easy there, down boy!" Faith motioned for Spike to back off. "She's doesn't know what she's doin' right now... some weird spell or potion or somethin'. Jus' let it go."
Willow turned to look at Faith. "What does she mean by 'mine'?"
"Uh! Damn if I know. She's your best friend." Faith shrugged but blushed a deep shade of red just the same.
Cave-Buffy grabbed Faith's hand and roughly dragged her from the others, trying to make it out the front door.
"No B. Wait. Hey, cut it out. I need to sit down... I think."
Spike caught Faith as she passed out. "Those bastards got in a few good blows." He explained and carried her to the table despite the furious objections of a certain little blonde.
"NOOO! NO TOUCH FAITH! MINE! BUFFY TOUCH FAITH! YOU NO TOUCH!"
"Back off slayer." Spike cautioned over his shoulder.
"Buffy, come here." Willow tugged gently at the growling caveslayer. "It's okay. Spike is helping Faith. He isn't hurting her. See."
He gingerly laid the brunette down then leaned over her, the concern evident in his tone. "Are you with us, luscious? Anyone home? C'mon now, you gotta get up."
Faith's eyes opened but remained a bit unfocused.
"That's it. Rise and shine. After all, you gotta take care of goldilocks over there." He gestured toward cave-Buffy who was being distracted by Willow and Xander. Giles checked Faith's injuries.
"Hey there G-man, it's jus' a scratch right?" She gave a weak smile, closing her eyes again.
"Well, it's a bit more than a scratch but you're going to be fine." The watcher gently cleaned the wounds.
"Faaaiiith?" Cave-Buffy whimpered as she tried to peek around the scoobies to see what was happening. The distraction technique wasn't really working, and the caveslayer was getting dangerously close to throwing them aside. "Faaaiiiitth?!"
"It's okay Red. Let her come over here."
Willow and Xander moved to let the small slayer get past. Giles now had Faith's shirt lifted slightly and Spike held her propped up while the watcher finished bandaging her.
"NO! NO!" Cave-Buffy screeched pushing not only Spike away but a very confused Giles.
"Buffy, Faith still needs attending." Giles moved toward the brunette as he spoke. The rest of the group also crowded closer, preparing to interfere if necessary.
"STOP! Mine! Faith mine! You no touch! No touch! Buffy strong. Buffy hurt you!" The tiny blonde grunted, issuing the warning, now fully outraged by the perceived intrusion. She thought that she had clearly identified Faith as her property; yet they intended on pressing the matter. Buffy crouched slightly. Anymore touching of Faith by anyone and she would pounce.
"B! It's okay. They're not feeling me up or nothin'. Damn! What's wrong with you?! Quit this crap, right now!.. ya hear! Don't make me get up!"
The blonde slayer complained, her eyes watering slightly. "Nooo! Faaaiiith! Only Buffy touch Faith?!"
"B! Shut it!" Faith shouted sitting up with a groan.
"Want to go home. Home now." Cave-Buffy pulled at Faith as she eyed the others warily. *You no touch Faith. Faith go home now with Buffy.*
Faith glanced around at the uncomfortably silent group. She swallowed down the pain and climbed off of the table. "Uh... Yeah, that's probably for the best. We should go." She spoke without looking at them as she gathered Buffy's stuff. "I'm gonna take B back to the apartment now. I think she's jus' over-tired or somethin'. Um... bye and thanks."
"Faith, are you sure you're alright?" Giles questioned, even more concerned than before.
"Yep. Five by five. Gotta go G-man. Later. Oh and Red, I guess I'll see you in the morning?"
Willow only nodding mutely, waving at the slayers as they headed out. The rest of the gang following suit.
Once the door shut, Xander turned toward the others. "What the heck was that about?!"
"That was quite a scene in there B. I'm not too happy with ya right at the moment, so don't try giving me one of those cutsie looks."
Faith shook her head as she reached over and buckled Buffy's seatbelt; the little blonde's smile quickly faded. *Buffy sorry.*
"Okay ya little nut job, we're home." Faith shook Buffy gently. *Geez... that car ride was all of ten minutes and she falls asleep!*
"B, c'mon wake up." Reaching down, she easily picked up the smaller girl and made her way into the apartment.
Gently depositing her the bed, Faith quicky undressed the sleeping slayer. She carefully put a warm pair of pajamas on the blonde then tucked her in with a kiss. *Actual alone time.* Faith turned out the light and eased the door shut, suddenly itching for a drink.
*Damn... I know there's a bottle in here, somewhere.* The brunette stood on her tiptoes and rummaged around in the cabinet, eventually pulling out a full bottle of Jack Daniels. *Right on!*
"Faaaiithh?!"
*Oh christ! Ya gotta be kidding!* Faith took several swigs from the bottle. *What now?!!*
"Faaaiith?! Where you go?" Buffy sobbed. A nightmare had awoken her, and now she sat disoriented and frightened, alone in the dark.
"Hang on!" Faith started to put the bottle back but changed her mind on Buffy's third cry. *Screw it! I deserve to binge for putting up with this shit!* Faith headed down the hall, taking gulps of whiskey at the sound of each tearful plea.
"Faaaittth?! Pleeeaassee!" The little caveslayer was becoming desperate.
*Why Faith no come?!...Monsters!... Monsters took Faith!* Images of a toothy beast gobbling Faith down flickered through Buffy's head. She shivered. *Monster coming for Buffy!... And eat Buffy too!... Here now!* The tiny blonde let out a blood curdling scream as the door opened.
"B! WHAT IS IT?" Faith glanced around the room. "Holy fuck! What the hell are you screaming about?!!!"
The small slayer stared up at her unable to speak.
"So what is it that you want, B?! Hmmm? Hurry and tell me! So I can get it for you and then maybe you'll shut up!" Faith flared, before taking several more swallows of whiskey.
"Faith?" Cave Buffy's bottom lip trembled as she watched the slightly drunk slayer stumble toward her.
"Yep. I'm Faith. And you're Buffy." The brunette stated flatly, taking another long drink before settling on the edge of the bed. "Okay. What's the matter?"
Immediately, the little caveslayer scrambled over to Faith and crawled into her arms. "Scared. Buffy scared."
*Damn! She's shaking!* Faith nervously lifted Buffy and looked at her. *She doesn't seem to be hurt anywhere... besides nothin' could have got in here and back out so quickly... not possible... it's gotta be something else.* She tipped Buffy's face up. "B, why are you so upset?"
"Monsters! Big monsters! Coming to eat Buffy!" She shrieked.
"Oh yeah?" Faith's lips twitched. "Monsters? So where are these monsters? Tell me and I'll go slay them." She brushed a blonde lock from Buffy's face.
"There!" The little slayer pointed toward the closet, appearing quite certain.
Faith smiled and set cave-Buffy back onto the bed. "Okay B. I'm gonna fix these monsters but then you have to go back to sleep. Got it?"
"Yes. Yes. Faith get monsters. Buffy sleep." She held her breath as Faith threw open the closet door.
"B, come here."
"Noooo."
"It's alright. C'mon." Faith called to her again. The caveslayer inched over, peering into the closet.
Faith reached out and grabbed her, laughing. "See no monsters. It must have been a nightmare. Okay?"
Buffy nodded but remained attached to the brunette. Gripping her so tightly her knuckles were turning white.
Faith dragged Buffy back to the bed and pried her loose. "Shhh... I'll stay in here with you. I just want to finish my drink. Lay back down."
The caveslayer curled into a little ball near the brunette, watching as Faith pounded down the rest of the bottle. *Faith no go. Buffy afraid. No go.*
*Mmmm... feeling kinda good now.* Faith glanced at the nervous slayer and smiled. "What's wrong, twinkie? Hey... shhhh..." Her voice had softened. "Shhh...shhh... none of that." She wiped the tears from Buffy's rosy cheeks. *Damn, B's cute... getting me all hot... making me want her again... oh yeah... yummy Buffy Summers... I'll jus' have a little taste... it's okay.* Faith leaned forward and kissed her.
Cave-Buffy's eyelashes fluttered closed the second Faith's lips touched hers. *Oh good! Buffy like kisses.* She offered no resistance as the taller slayer pushed her gently back on the bed and slid on top of her.
*Mmmmm... fuck this feels great... ahhh yeah.... mmmm...* Faith moaned softly, moving her body against the smaller slayer pinned under her. "Ooh yeah, B... mmm... come on, let's take this off..." Faith breathed out the words in between kisses as she tugged the pajama top open.
Buffy leaned up squirming impatiently as she tried to rub against the brunette.
"Slow down B... We got lots of time." Faith whispered the words as she gazed down at Buffy's half-naked body. Reverantly, she reached out and ran her hand over Buffy's breasts. *Nice rack, B.* She grinned mischeviously before licking her fingertips and bringing them to Buffy's nipples.
Cave-Buffy quivered. *Oh!... goooood... good touching.*
Faith brought her lips back to the older slayer's. Deepening the kiss, she ran her tongue slowly along the inside of Buffy's mouth, savoring the exquistness. *Oh god!* After several sizzling kisses Faith leaned back, grinning. "You like?"
"Yes! Kisses good!" Buffy grunted, reaching for her. "Kiss Buffy more!"
"Yeah B... count on it." The dark slayer smirked before brushing her lips back over Buffy's. She found the taste and texture delicious. And the little caveslayer's responsiveness drove her wild. *I'm getting so wet... oh fuck me..*
Buffy moaned softly into Faith's mouth, whimpering slightly with each kiss. "More!"
It wasn't long before the small slayer was panting and tugging hard at Faith's jacket, desperate to remove it. After several unsuccessful tries, she growled loudly, frustrated.
"Shhh B.." Faith lifted herself up and expertly slid her jacket off in between kisses.
"Yes. Buffy touch Faith now. Touch Faith!" Cave Buffy grunted, tearing Faith's shirt in two.
"Whoa B! You little animal!" Faith laughed, too drunk to care.
"Off! No clothes!" Buffy demanded. She struggled with Faith's pants until the brunette brushed her hands away and pulled them down for her.
"Oh god! Buffy!... fuck..." Faith moaned loudly as cave-Buffy slipped her fingers inside her and moved them slowly, exploring.
"Soft." The little slayer announced. "Buffy like it."
"Yeah? Well, I like it too." Faith smiled and lightly touched her lips to Buffy's, groaning as the tiny blonde removed her fingers.
The caveslayer quickly pulled down her pajamas bottoms. "Touch! Touch Buffy there too!" She exclaimed excitedly.
"You're in rare form tonight, B... don't worry I'll get you off..." She leered at the blonde before rolling over to lift Buffy on top. "Come here, cutie."
"Yes!" Cave-Buffy squeaked happily, letting Faith pull her into another kiss and squeeze her tight.
"Up... sit up for a minute." Faith pushed cave-Buffy back, trying to readjust their positions.
"What? What Faith want?" The little caveslayer seemed uncertain as Faith moved her again.
"It's okay, B. Jus' kneel over my face..." Buffy obediently straddled the brunette's face. "That's it, B... yeah, that's perfect.." Faith's voice was barely above a whisper as she took in the view.
"O-kay Faith. You kiss Buffy? You kiss Buffy, here?" She pointed down between her legs. *Kisses here...oh...* Her hand unconsciously slipped over the hairless lips. She knelt there absently stroking herself, slipping her fingers back and forth between the soft, wet folds.
*Holy shit!* Faith gaped at her. Fascinated by the naked, little blonde, she watched while Buffy fondled her own pussy. *Whoa! This is happening... I'm actually watching Buffy Summers play with herself... and it looks sooo frickin' hot!....Damn, prissy-Buffy will freak if she finds out she did this... oh fuck, I'm so turned on right now...*
Cave-Buffy continued to caress herself, waiting for Faith's next instruction. But the brunette just stared, hypnotized by the site.
"Faith? Kiss now?" Buffy asked innocently. Her fingers and pussy glistened.
"Yeah B... fuck yeah!... jus' get closer... closer... closer."
Breathing hard and shaking slightly with anticipation, the little caveslayer lowered herself slowly to Faith lips, then she planted her moist little hands against the wall to hold herself up.
Faith in turn laid her hands along the small of Buffy's back, steadying the trembling girl before delicately kissing Buffy's soaking wet pussy.
*Ohhhhh....mmmm!* The blonde's eyes slid shut.
Faith pulled the caveslayer even closer, and sighed, grateful to finally get what she was craving. She let her tongue slip between the silky folds, each time licking gently. Almost languidly caressing Buffy's clitoris as she traveled up and over... again and again.
"Yes... mmmm.... ahhhh... more... yes, yes...Buffy like kisses there... ahhhh." Buffy quivered as she neared orgasm.
*That's it, B... go ahead and cum... good girl.* Faith moaned and pulled Buffy hard against her face, aching to just suck on the blonde's dripping pussy.
"Ahhhhh!" The tiny slayer screamed as she came, shuddering and sliding down. "Uh-oh..." Buffy whimpered, panicked as her damp hands slipped from the wall. "Faith! Buffy falling!"
"No, you're not, B. I gotcha." Faith eased the blonde down onto the bed, grinning as cave-Buffy sprawled out sleepily. She turned to gaze at Buffy's perfect body, enjoying the cute glow it now had. "Come here, B." Faith held out her arms, and Buffy crawled into them.
Yawning, and rubbing her eyes the caveslayer gave her a sleepy smile then snuggled in close. Faith laid there listening to Buffy's breathing as it evened, indicating the blonde had fallen asleep. She then relaxed, trying to let the alcohol do its job.
The dark slayer smiled to herself. *Fuck... I think I'm happy..* She drifted off with that thought.
PART 17 - Cave Buffy the Artist
*What the hell?!* Faith felt something poking her. Her brown eyes snapped open to meet curious green ones, staring intently back.
"Up now!" Cave-Buffy announced feeling triumphant. "Faith up!"
"No. Now get lost." Batting the small hand away, the brunette pulled a pillow over her head and grumbled, "B, jus' go an' play or somethin'...geez.."
The little slayer pouted but crawled out of bed and left the room.
"Phone!" Cave Buffy squealed, clapping. "Faith up! Phone!"
Faith stumbled down the hall, holding her head. *Fuck, shouldn't a drank the whole bottle... not use to it, anymore...* She frowned and fumbled for the phone. "Yeah!"
"Uh... Faith, it's Willow. We're at the door. We've been knocking but Buffy wouldn't let us in."
"Shit...sorry about that. I just got outta bed. Gimme a minute." Faith hung up and turned to take in the mess. The toys she'd bought Buffy were all opened and strewn about. *Fuck! What'd she do?!!!*
Her eyes scanned the room trying to find the naked little blonde in the clutter. But the freshly decorated walls caught her eye first. *Huh?! jezuz... B!!!*
Faith cocked her head, studying the mural. *What the hell?* The primitive depictions, each one carefully made, seemed to be of them and their recent exploits. The brunette glanced over at the caveslayer who sat quietly absorbed in a new project.
Spread around her on the floor, Cave-Buffy had fingerpaints, crayons, glitter, her coloring books and some glue. She appeared so innocent, hovering over the paper and working.... wearing only her birthday suit and an occasional smear of paint.
The dark slayer gawked. *I should wanna beat the crap out of her... shouldn't I?! What's the deal?... Wow, Buffy's body is so perfect... Did I ever notice that before?... Maybe I did... had to...yeah, she's got an amazingly hot bod... a total yummy..... Ugh! I gotta focus here!* Frowning Faith shook it off and called out to the older girl.
"B, get over here. I have to get you clean and dressed. The superfriends are waitin' outside."
Cave-Buffy peered up at her and beamed. "Faith look! Look!" The tiny artist pointed proudly at the walls which now featured her story. Running over to it, she smacked each scrawled shape, explaining the drawing.
It ended on the two stick figures brandishing stakes, which apparently represented her and Faith; she smiled at the brunette, awaiting her praise.
*I guess I can always repaint the apartment.* Faith glanced from the graffiti on wall to the naked slayer and back again. *Screw it!* "Yeah, it's great. `Sides I didn't want my deposit back anyway, so thanks. Now let's ya cleaned up. Come here."
"Noooo. Buffy draw. Draw more."
The knocking started again. "Hey... Faith? Buffy?... Hey, you guys... is.. uh... is everything okay in there?" The voice belonged to Xander.
*Damn!* Faith strode over and picked up the paint smudged slayer who squirmed and screeched all the way to the bathroom. "You stay in here, B. Do you understand?! Wait here!"
Faith could still hear cave-Buffy's growls as she opened the front door. "Hey."
Willow, Tara, Xander, and Anya stood anxiously in the doorway waiting for Faith to usher them in.
Willow slipped into babble mode. "I hope you don't mind that we all came over. It's just that... well... I don't have class today, and everyone else... they all had the day off too so we thought..." The red head stopped speaking as Tara nudged her and gestured toward the wall. "Ugh! Oops! Uh... um... I'm guessing, Buffy's work?" Willow squeaked, suddenly glancing around for their slayer.
"Yep. Sure is. B's quite the artist, don't ya think?" Faith's sarcasm was tempered with a shrug.
"It's actually not bad." Tara stuttered nervously. "Looks a bit like a Picasso."
They all briefly contemplated the caveslayer's artwork. "Yeah, I can see it... Picasso." Xander nodded in agreement then chuckled as he gestured at the two small handprints near the bottom. "Look, she even signed it."
"Xander! Shhh.." Anya elbowed him while the witches shot him a warning glance.
"Whatever. I shouldn't of bought her that crap... should've jus' let her cry." Faith waved it off, "...or left her in the store." She snickered at their horrified expressions. *Yep, they still think I'd hurt her. That's good. Shit, I didn't know what they were thinkin' after B's little fit last night.* Her smirk grew.
"Where is Buffy?" Xander spoke up, eyeing Faith with suspicion.
"Down Zeppo. She's here." Faith motioned toward the bathroom. She folded her arms over her chest, waiting for him to gather enough courage to walk past and check. Of course cave-Buffy's cries stole her fun. *Damn!*
"Faaaiith! Faaaiith..." The caveslayer shrieked, furious at having been interrupted and then just left in an empty tub.
"Hey, I gotta take care of B. You guys are gonna have to wait or somethin'." She said while heading down the hall toward the bathroom. As the door opened the Scoobies heard cave-Buffy clearly.
"NO! Buffy no want bath. No bath! Buffy draaaaww!"
Her screams were that of a spoiled child. The group looked at each other uncomfortably.
"Maybe I should go help out." Willow suggested. *Something has to be done before Faith snaps and hits Buffy.*
Tara reached out and grabbed her arm. "Wait." A few minutes later the caveslayer's complaints stopped, and water was being run, presumably for a bath.
"Boy, this cave version of Buffy is not an improvement." Anya noted as she casually flipped through a magazine.
"No, she's not. That's why we have to finish this research. Here." Xander took the magazine from her and replaced it with one of the books they had brought.
The two witches exchanged a look. Xander glimpsed it and turned toward Willow. "What? What's that about?"
"Shhh... Nothing. Tara, I'm just going to check on her." Willow said waiting for a nod from her girlfriend before heading down the hall.
The red head quietly opened the bathroom door and peeked in. She could see Buffy sitting happily in the tub, surrounded by bubbles, and chattering as she played, while Faith washed her hair. The cuteness of it, almost made Willow forget why she was spying. She gave herself a mental kick and leaned in more.
The witch smiled as Faith piled the sudsy blonde locks on top of Buffy's head, taking great care not to get soap in her eyes. *Everything seems okay...*
Cave-Buffy's chipper play drown out the creaking door as Willow eased herself in even further. The wiccan could now hear Faith's responses, which consisted mostly of, 'Uh-huh.' and 'That's right, B'. The condescending answers seemed to satisfy the small slayer though. She would accept each and return to her cheerful jabbering still fussing with the toy clutched in her hand.
Willow squinted. *What's she playing with?* She chuckled when she realized it was the wonder woman doll Faith had pulled from the cereal box the day before.
The brunette sat back on her heels allowing Willow to do a quick Buffy check. Feeling satisfied that her best friend was unharmed, the witch started to leave when Faith suddenly stood up. *Oh crap!* The red head flattened herself behind the door.
"Okay B, time to get out."
"Noooo. Buffy likes bath. Buffy stay." The caveslayer declared, turning from Faith and playing with her doll.
"Nope. Today's a short one. Your groupies are waiting." Faith ignored cave-Buffy's growls and pulled the plug. The suction made a popping sound, and the water began to drain.
The little blonde screamed in anger. "NO! Noooo! Faith bad!" Her grumbles soon turned to tears as the tub emptied. "Not nice." She whimpered as Faith stood her up.
Willow blushed at the unrestricted view she now had of Buffy's nude body. *Well, no bruises.* She continued to ogle her. *Nope. Definitely nothing wrong there.*
Faith had turned on the shower. "Shhh... B. Close your eyes." The caveslayer obeyed, standing still as Faith rinsed the shampoo out.
Willow was awed by Faith's tender handling of cave-Buffy. *Tara's right. She doesn't hate Buffy... at least, not anymore.* The red head frowned as she thought about the implications of this with the re-evolved slayer.
Switching the shower off, Faith delicately dried Buffy's body. Willow froze. *This is getting pretty intimate.... Faith's touching is too... too...* Her mind struggled with what was now unmistakable. She watched horrified while Faith's touches turned to caresses.
The brunette worked her way down Buffy's body and was kneeling in front of her when the caveslayer pulled Faith close. The blonde then dropped her other hand down and ran her fingers over her pussy.
Buffy held Faith's face near while she stroked herself to a glisten. Finally soaked and excited cave-Buffy grunted out her demands. "Faith kiss here. Kiss Buffy here. Buffy want kisses."
All the color drained from Willow's face as she saw the dark slayer smile and lean forward. *No please! She's not! They're not! Noooo!* She winced as Faith's lips touched Buffy. She couldn't believe it.
Faith lovingly kissed Buffy's pussy over and over, moaning and holding onto the small blonde tightly. "Buffy... oh B... mmmm... yesss..."
The blonde slayer gave a sexy growl, gripping Faith firmly while she rubbed her wet pussy against the younger girl's soft and eager mouth. Willow gaped.
Buffy rested her foot on the tub, spreading her legs wide. She made herself accessible to the redhead's eyes and the brunette's lips. Faith instinctively took the cue and licked right where Buffy wanted.
"More... more... mmmmmm.." The small caveslayer groaned, giving a little shiver and dazzling smile.
*Obviously not the first time they've done this.* Willow could barely breath as she stood transfixed. Faith lifted her lips higher and sucked Buffy's clitoris.
Intrigued, the witch watched as Faith licked slowly along the folds and then in between. The caveslayer panted and her legs quivered as she clutched at the brunette, desperately. "Faaiiith... Faaiiithh..." She literally sobbed out Faith's name as she begged.
Willow was impressed. The younger slayer seemed to have real talent.
Faith continued licking Buffy gently and then kissed her pussy several times before covering it with her mouth and sucking greedily. *I... um... I should go... yeah, definitely shouldn't be seeing this...* But Willow couldn't bring herself to leave. The site of Faith kneeling in front of Buffy, and going down on her... It was too sexy.
The little red head was absolutely fascinated as Buffy purred in ecstasy and tangled her hands in Faith's dark tresses. *She's cumming. Oh my god! Wow!* Willow's whole body burned as she witnessed her best friend's intense orgasm.
The small slayer shuddered and moaned. Teetering, she dug her nails into Faith's shoulders as she struggled to remain standing.
Willow smirked at Buffy's sudden unsteadiness, but gasped at the final surprise. Faith trembled as she gently lowered the caveslayer onto her lap. She was gazing down at the sleepy blonde with tears in her eyes.
Willow paled. *WHAT?! NO!... No way!... she couldn't... she doesn't!*
The former baddie tenderly kissed Buffy and whispered. "I love you, B."
*Oh god!... Okay, so besides curing Buffy we need a memory spell.... something that causes serious amnesia... if Buffy remembers any of this, she'll kill us... and probably Faith too...* Willow observed the intimacy for another moment before slipping from behind the door and exiting, unseen.
PART 18 - Reversal Spell Tomorrow
"What are you looking at, Red?!"
"Nothing." Willow quickly looked away blushing.
The dark slayer only arched an eyebrow and shook her head in irritation.
"Faith?" Cave-Buffy ran over and hopped onto Faith's lap, smiling up at her.
"What B?" Faith grinned down at the blonde. *Damn, she's so cute...*
"Hungry. Buffy hungry." The little caveslayer grumbled.
"Okay, I'll make your lunch. What do you want to eat? Hmm?" Faith asked pushing an unruly lock of hair behind Buffy's ear and tapping her lightly on the nose.
"Burgers!"
"Hamburgers? Again?!"
Cave-Buffy nodded her head vigorously. "Buffy want burgers!"
"Okay B. Hamburgers it is. You be good and watch TV, okay?" She gently lifted Buffy off her lap and set her in front of the television. "Hey, what about the rest of you? Are you guys hungry yet?"
Faith had fed them once already. When she was fixing Buffy's breakfast she had noticed Xander's wistful look and had ended up making pancakes for everyone.
"Ooh yeah. I could go for a hamburger... And french fries?" Xander looked up, hopeful.
"Yep. B likes fries... and milkshakes too. Don't ya, little B?" Faith had to fight the urge to kiss Buffy as the small blonde bounced on the sofa.
"Shakes. Yummy. Buffy likes vaaa - neel - la."
"I'll give you a hand." Tara gave Faith a shy smile as she followed her into the kitchen.
"Me too." Anya threw down the book, glad to do something else.
Willow frowned and glanced back over at Buffy who sat obediently watching the television.
"Wil, what's with you?" Xander leaned close to the fidgeting witch.
"I don't know... This is just weird... Don't you notice it?" The red head stammered.
"Not following here, Wil. Can you be more specific?"
"Faith." Willow whispered, nervously looking toward the kitchen. "Faith and Buffy." The little blonde heard.
"Faith. Faith. Faith." Cave-Buffy called to her sister slayer.
"What B?" Faith leaned in the room, smiling. "What do you need?"
The caveslayer tattled by pointing at Willow and Xander. Faith laughed as she took in their guilty blush.
"Yeah, you have to be careful. Buffy will rat ya out. She's pretty loyal. Aren't ya, B?" Faith winked at the little blonde before going back into the kitchen.
Willow glanced over at Buffy, surprised. "Buffy?"
"Bad Willow. Bad." The slayer snorted and turned back toward the television.
"Here it is!" Xander exclaimed passing the book over to the two witches. "That was the symbol that was on the outside of each keg."
"Ooh.. good. That'll help." Tara studied it. "I think we can have a reversal spell ready tomorrow."
Faith peered out the window. It was dark out already. "Hey maybe you guys can watch B. I wanna go finish off those stupid vamps from last night."
"Are you sure that's a good idea? I mean if you wait, Buffy can go with you tomorrow night?" Xander suggested.
"Nah... I can take bleach boy with me. He won't mind givin' me a hand."
Anya made a face. "You mean Spike?"
"Yeah. What of it? He'll go with." Faith shrugged.
"NO! No Spike!" The little caveslayer shouted and stamped her foot. "Faith no go!"
"Hey. Hey now...shhhh. I won't patrol then. Okay? Are ya happy?!" Faith relented, totally irritated.
"Uh... well, it's kind of late. We probably should get going." Willow gathered up the books. "Can you bring Buffy over to the Magic Box around noon?"
"Yeah. Fine." Faith held the door open for them while cave-Buffy waved energetically.
*Oh my god, it feels like someone is playing the drums in my head. Ugh! What'd I drink?! Or maybe it's how much I drank. Owww, it hurts to think.* Buffy groaned and rolled over. *Where am I?!*
She opened her eyes slowly. *Nothing looks familiar. Is that the shower? Oh god, what have I done?!.. gotten so tanked that I don't even know who I've slept with!* Buffy glanced down at herself and breathed a sigh of relief when she noticed that she was wearing pajamas. *These are my pajamas. Huh? And what's this?* She held the stuffed animal out and studied it. *It's a bee. How cute. Do I have a stuffed bee?!* The shower stopped and brought Buffy's attention back to the situation at hand. *I'll just tell this guy sorry and get the hell out of here.* The blonde slayer frowned as she felt a familiar tingling. *What?!*
The bedroom door opened and in walked Faith, wet and smiling. She had a towel wrapped around her and was using another to dry her hair. Her dark eyes settled on Buffy. "Hey babe, you're awake early. Are you hungry?" She leaned over and kissed the wide-eyed slayer.
"Faith?!" Buffy could barely speak. *Why did she kiss me?!* Faith misinterpreted Buffy's shock.
"Aw B, did you have another bad dream?" Before Buffy could object Faith had climbed under the covers and pulled Buffy into her arms. "Come here, sweetie. I'll hold you." Faith gently caressed the small slayer, kissing her and slipping her hand under the pajama top. "You wanna... ya know... I'll kiss you where you like it." She slid her other hand between Buffy's legs and starting rubbing her. "I want you, B." Faith groaned. "God, I want you... more than anything."
*Whaa... what is she doing?!* Buffy squeezed her eyes shut as a shiver went through her.
"That's it babe... mmmm.... you're so perfect... damn it, Buffy..." Faith yanked the pajama bottoms off and crawled down the little slayer's body.
*Wait! NO!* Buffy's eyes widened as the brunette leaned in and licked her. "Oh god...ahhhh.." Her whole body shook with pleasure as Faith's lips touched her pussy. "Fuck... ohhhhh... yes... yes..." She moaned and trembled, clutching Faith to her. *Oh god! Yessss!...ahhhh!*
Faith smiled, surprised at how quickly Buffy came. *Wow! That was fast!* She continued kissing the small slayer, enjoying her sweet taste. *Mmmm... my little B... I love you, Buffy..*
Buffy spread her legs, watching as Faith kept licking her. *Oh yes... that feels good... mmmm.... I like that... Faith is eating me out... it's incredible...* Her hand tangled in the long dark hair as she held Faith against her. *Faith... Faith is licking me... oh god... mmmm... oh yeah, I getting wet again... Faith sucking on my pussy... ahhhhh!*
Faith lapped at her and sucked gently as Buffy's back arched. She could feel Buffy's second orgasm. "Aww B... that was too quick... I guess you wanted it." She moved up to kiss the little blonde, giving her wink.
Buffy laid there out breath. *That was... oh god, that was amazing...* She relaxed as Faith wrapped her arms around her and kissed her neck.
"You don't have to get up yet, B. They're not expecting us until noon." She whispered sadly. "Red and blondie will have the reversal spell ready so this is it. You'll be normal again. Hell, you'll probably wanna gut me one more time. At least that's what Red thinks, I heard her talking to Tara." Faith laughed a little. "They don't realize how good slayer hearing is, do they B? I'm gonna tell Red not to do the memory spell though. I'd rather be honest with you and deal with it than lie." She kissed Buffy slowly.
*Reversal spell! What'd Faith do?!* Buffy pushed her off and jumped out of the bed.
"Huh? What's wrong?" Faith got up, confused. "B?"
"FAITH! WHAT DID YOU DO TO ME?!"
"B?.. Buffy? You're back? Okay. It's okay. Just don't freak out." Faith backed away from her.
Buffy's face was turning red. "FREAK OUT?! NOW WHY WOULD I FREAK OUT?! HMMM? TELL ME FAITH?!"
"Shhhh.... it's okay B. I swear. It's not what you... I mean I can explain." Faith held up her hands as Buffy moved toward her furious. "C'mon now. Just gimme a minute here."
Before Faith had time to say anything more Buffy punched her, knocking her out cold. The little blonde reached out and caught Faith in her arms, frowning as she lifted the dark slayer. *I have to call Willow. Find out what's going on.* Buffy carried Faith to the bed and laid her down gently. Without thinking Buffy bent and kissed the brunette lightly on the lips. "Sorry Faith." She stormed out of the room to find a phone.
*Ugh! Damn, B sure can throw a punch.* Faith groaned and started to sit up.
"Lay back down!"
Faith wasn't certain, but that sounded a lot like Buffy. *Oh B, I love you.* She felt all the tension leave her body. *Buffy's still here.* Faith smiled.
"I wouldn't smile if I were you! I'm still pretty pissed off so watch yourself!"
Faith tried not to smile, but failed miserably. All she could feel was Buffy's hands... touching her... holding ice to her eye... *Buffy... damn, I love you... and you're still here.*
"What are you smiling for?! I just punched you out! Did you hit your head or something?!"
*Cute, little, pissed-off Buffy... awww... damn, she's so cute when she's mad...* Faith's smile grew. *Hey, I think I'm seeing stars.* Faith grinned stupidly. "Buffy, I love you."
"Hush! Be quiet!" Buffy looked up at Willow who shrugged.
"You sure decked her, Buff. Here try this." Xander held out the steak Anya had handed him.
"Is Giles meeting us at the Magic Box?" Buffy took the steak from him and turned to the two witches.
"Yeah, he should be there right now. Do you need help with Faith?" Tara glanced worriedly at the half conscious but grinning slayer.
"No, I've got 'goofy girl' taken care of. You guys go ahead. We'll be there soon."
"Uh... Buffster, I'd hate to be the one to have to point this out, but you really clocked her. Are you sure we shouldn't take her to a hospital or something?" Xander cringed as Buffy glared at him.
"She'll be fine." The small slayer pulled Faith tighter in her arms before turning toward the group. "What were you thinking anyway?! Leaving me with Faith!"
"Uh... well, we didn't want to. Giles insisted and..." Willow floundered, having dreaded this moment.
"She took really good care of you, Buffy. I mean totally above and beyond. She even bought you stuff." Xander picked up the stuffed bee and held it up. "See."
Buffy frowned and snatched it from him. "We'll talk about this later. Go on. I'll meet you over at the Magic Box."
They shuffled out guiltily. "Oh and no memory spells, Wil!" Buffy called out as the front door shut.
Buffy sat back on the bed looking down at the girl she held in arms. *How did this happen?! I remember getting drunk and then... I was pulling Willow and Parker from a fire... and I hit Parker with a branch.* Buffy chuckled.
"B?" Faith tried to open her eyes but nothing came in focus. *Ugh! I feel kinda sick.* She lifted her hand to her face, wincing. "Ouch!"
"Shhhh... I told you. Lie still." Buffy tightened her hold. *What else?... Giles, Willow, and Xander brought me here... Faith gave me a bath.* The little blonde's cheeks burned bright red as she remembered the bath. *Faith and I went to the store and...* Buffy remembered hitting someone. *Oops, not good... why'd I hit him?*
*B's holding me?! I can't believe she's not still pummeling me.* Faith sighed and buried her face against Buffy's chest.
"Faith?"
"Sorry. Sorry B, I was jus'..." Faith squinted up her.
"Faith, why did I punch that frat boy?" She glanced down at the dazed brunette.
"Huh? What B?"
"Why did I punch that guy in the store?" Buffy smiled. *Faith looks cute when she's all squinty.*
"Uh... I don't know." Faith mumbled, closing her eyes again. "He touched my butt or something."
Buffy thought about it. "Yeah, I remember. He was a real creep." She ran her hand absently through Faith's wavy tresses. "What else Faith? What else did we do?"
"Um... Let's see. We went to the toy store and then I went slaying while you stayed with the super pals."
Buffy interrupted her. "You went slaying?" She thought about it. "Oh yeah, with Spike!"
"B, that's not what happened. He jus' showed up... good thing too." Faith frowned, her brow scrunching up at the memory. *Kinda got my ass kicked that night.*
"Pshaw! Since when do you need help?! And from a vampire no less!" Buffy dismissed Faith's statement. She peered down at the dizzy brunette in irritation. Faith had snuggled up against her, wearing a content smile. *Faith took care of me. Why?!* "Why?"
"Why what, B?" Faith felt tired and confused.
"No. No. No sleeping. Do you understand? NO SLEEPING!" Buffy shook her.
"I'm tired B, please." Faith seemed groggy.
"That's it! You're going to the hospital then." Buffy started to get up.
"No. No hospital. I'm awake. See... geez... ya didn't punch me that hard." Faith blinked several times still struggling to stay conscious.
Buffy arched an eyebrow, but sat back down. "Fine. You have ten more minutes then we have to go to the Magic Box." She glanced at the brunette. *Faith is so pretty.... mmm... and her mouth... oh boy... stop having pervy thoughts... wow... but those lips and that tongue... ahhhh... I remember what she did with that mouth... I knelt over her face and.... oh my...* Buffy's breathing increased.
"B?... Buffy?"
"Huh? What?..Yes?"
Faith laughed. "Ohhh - kay... Ya doin' alright there, B? You seem a little distracted."
*How could she know?! No. She couldn't. She doesn't.* Buffy scowled. "Stop playing Faith, before I deck you again. What was your question?"
"Oh... um... I was jus' wonderin'. You know... If you remember... well...um... we kinda... uh... you know... we were... um.." Faith felt overly warm.
"Intimate?" Buffy had to force back her smile as Faith's blush deepened.
"Uh... yeah. We were... intimate... like in a sexual way."
Buffy began to cough.
"B? B? Are you okay? I'm sorry. B, please... I didn't mean to. Nothin' happened. If that's what you want, it didn't happen. Don't be mad. C'mon stop coughing, please." Faith sat up panicked. *What'd I do?! I broke her or somethin'!* "Awww B, please..."
Buffy moved her hands from her face, and Faith could see she was laughing. "I'm sorry Faith." She waved off Faith's worry, trying to catch her breath. "It just sounded so funny."
Faith's face fell. "Yeah, I guess it would." She stood up to leave.
Buffy reached out and grabbed the younger slayer's arm.
"Let go!.. will ya?!" Faith glared at her.
"No. Now stop it. Listen to me." Buffy's tone became serious. "You're lucky I'm not still kicking your butt around this apartment so sit back down. We're going to finish this conversation."
Faith made a face, but sat down. "Why aren't you?"
"What? Kicking your butt still?" Faith nodded. "Well, for one thing Xander's right. You took pretty good care of me." Buffy spoke quietly. "You even made me vanilla shakes."
"You remember." Faith gave her another lovesick grin.
"Yes, I remember. It's coming back to me." The blonde slayer leaned forward and kissed her. "And I also remember the intimacy thing," Buffy coughed a little, "wasn't all your doing."
"So... um... what changed? I mean before you went all cave girl, you wanted to totally kill me still and now you're all okay."
"Hold on there. First of all, just because I wasn't ready to patrol with you didn't mean I wanted to kill you. And second, I don't know that everything is okay. I still haven't had time to process all of this." Buffy corrected her.
Faith looked away. "Yeah. Okay. Well, you should go now. They're waiting for you at the Magic shop. I'm just gonna hang out here. I got things to do... you know how it is."
Buffy watched Faith closely. "Faith. Faith... look at me."
The brunette slowly looked up. "What?"
"Come here." Buffy waited until Faith came near then reached out and grabbed her, pulling her into a tight embrace. "Cut it out. Do understand me? No more games." She remained patient as Faith struggled against her. "Are you done yet?"
"Screw you! I don't need your pity! Let go!" Faith wanted to get away quickly; she could feel the tears coming.
"Shhhh... It's okay, Faith. Shhh..." Buffy kissed her and held her close as the younger girl cried softly in her arms. "Shhh....It's okay... it's all okay, Faith... I'm here now."
Faith peeked in the window. The scoobies were huddled around a collection of books having a heated discussion over something. Faith felt a tug at her jacket.
"C'mon." Buffy grabbed her hand and pulled Faith in behind her.
"Buffy!" Willow brightened.
"Hey there Buffster. Faith." Xander nodded at the slayers. Tara gave a friendly wave and Anya ignored them.
"Hi guys. So what's with the research mode? In case you've forgotten, 'Hi, Buffy's not a cave person anymore'... No thanks to you of course, Xander." Buffy looked pointedly at Xander who ducked his head down sheepishly. Giles stepped toward them, smiling.
"Yes, they've told me. It's a relief to have you back, and Faith I believe I still owe you some money. You did a fine job. Thank you." Giles pulled out his wallet while Faith shook her head and tried to wave him off.
"Uh... No. No, that's alright." She blushed with shame, glancing over at a suddenly miffed Buffy.
"You charged him?!" Buffy was incredulous. "How could you?! Faith! And here I thought you did it because you cared about me!" She shoved the stunned brunette and moved toward her, outraged. "So Faith, how much? Hmmm? What were you charging my watcher? How much? Are you going to give him back some of that money, considering you took your fee out in trade?!!! HOW MUCH AM I WORTH TO YOU?!" Buffy advanced on Faith, shouting louder with each step. The younger slayer soon found herself in a corner, facing a furious little blonde.
"Uh... B, it wasn't like that. I mean, it was... but... Look ya gotta believe me... I...um... I..." Faith stumbled trying to move back further.
"WHAT?! WHAT IS IT THEN, FAITH?! YOU WHAT?!!!"
"I... I love you. I didn't before... I don't think I did... maybe... but... but then... I was taking care of you and... and I... and I just knew I did... that I love you... an'... and then nothing else mattered, ya know... I wasn't doin' it for money. I was taking care of you `cause... `cause I wanted to. Because I love you. I forgot about the deal with Giles. Honest, I did... don't be mad B... c'mon... please..." Faith swallowed hard, fearful that Buffy wouldn't believe her.
"It wasn't much, Buffy." Giles offered, feeling bad for Faith who now looked on the verge of tears.
"She must've spent it mostly on food. We kinda ate Faith out of house and home... or apartment, I guess." Xander chuckled trying to lighten the mood as Buffy faced off with the younger slayer.
"Buffy.." Willow tried as well, but Buffy interrupted.
"Stay out of this! It's between me and Faith." She took hold of Faith's jacket and yanked her into the workout room, closing the door. "Give me your wallet." Buffy held out her hand.
"Yeah. Okay." Faith passed it to her quietly. Buffy opened it, but there was no cash... just a credit card, her license, and a credit card receipt. Buffy pulled out the receipt and looked at it.
"Faith, are you crazy?! How could you waste so much money?! And at a toy store?! Why'd you buy that crap?"
"You were crying, B. What was I suppose to do?" Faith shifted from one foot to the other, embarrassed.
Buffy sighed, exasperated. "Ugh! What am I going to do with you?"
"I dunno." Faith looked down at the floor.
"That was rhetorical." Buffy shook her head, smiling at the nervous brunette. "Come here Faith."
Faith edged toward her. "You're not gonna hit me again, are ya? `Cause I'm not so sure I'm okay with that. My head still hurts from before."
"No, I'm not going hit you... although I probably should." Buffy teased, waiting patiently for her to come close. "How's this?" She pressed her lips to Faith's, slowly moving them along their soft fullness. *Mmmm... she's delicious... yum...* Buffy savored the taste and texture of Faith's mouth, falling against the taller girl.
"B? B?"
"Huh???" Buffy opened her eyes slowly and stared up at Faith who was grinning down at her.
"B, Giles is at the door."
"What?... Oh. Yeah. Okay. I'm good. Tell him to come in."
"He is." Faith rolled her eyes as Giles cleared his throat again.
"Ahem..." He stood just inside door. "Excuse me... If you two have worked things out, we really have that other issue that needs addressing."
"Yeah, the vamp cult!" Faith grunted. She still had a score to settle with them. Buffy nodded dumbly, still leaning up against her with a dazed expression. The little blonde was gazing at Faith's mouth as she spoke. "So whaddya want? We should go finish `em off, right?" Faith asked eagerly.
"Yes, that would be one solution. Buffy, do you have any suggestions?"
"Huh? What? Yes. Uh... what she said." Buffy smiled dreamily at Faith who glanced over at Giles and merely shrugged.
"Could you two step out here please." The watcher was a bit unnerved by Buffy's clinginess.
"Yeah, sure." Faith gently pushed Buffy off and headed for the door.
"Where are you going?" The small slayer trailed after her.
"B, did you check out or somethin'? Geez!" Faith snickered, as she walked over to sit down with the others while Buffy remained in the doorway pouting.
"Okay, now that everyone is here." Giles began cautiously. He noticed Buffy glaring at Spike who had just entered.
"What's he doing here?" The tiny blonde growled.
"Keep your knickers on. I was invited... Jus' here to help out, luscious." He leered at Faith.
"Don't call her that?!" Buffy tensed up.
"Naw, it's okay B. It's kinda flattering. Besides me and Willy the bloody have an understanding, don't we?" She made a clicking sound and winked.
"Alright! That's it! Get out!" Buffy strode over and stepped in front of him. "We don't need his help!"
"Buffy, please." Giles sounded exasperated.
"He's been stalking her since she got back in town, and I don't like it."
"Huh?!" Spike and Faith exclaimed, looking surprised. The rest of the scoobies scooted their chairs away from the trio.
"Whaddya mean? Stalking me?"
"Yeah... uh... what... um... what are you talking about?... Are ya off your nut there, blondie?" Spike stumbled over the denial, nervously.
Faith's eyes narrowed. "You been following me, bleach boy?! Have you?!"
He scooted away from Faith, holding his hands up. "Now let's not get excited here."
"I don't get it. Why?! What were you up to?! Gonna catch me off guard and have a slayer drink, were ya?!" The brunette stepped close and yelled in his face.
"No, that's not why. Really. I just wanted to make sure that you were okay. I usually looked out for the little blonde one o'er there, but then you came to town and I felt sort of obligated." He stammered, blushing.
Faith considered him for a moment then stepped back, turning to look at Buffy who watched eagerly. Obviously the tiny blonde expected Faith to at least punch him.
"How would you know that he's been following me?" The dark slayer's eyes settled on Buffy.
"What? Why does that matter? He was. He just admitted it. Doesn't that bother you?!" Buffy was put off by the question.
Faith peered over at Spike and shrugged. "Naw, not really. Besides he saved my ass the other night."
"Damn right!" Spike straightened up.
"Enough!" Buffy yelled. She clenched her hands at her sides, and her face reddened. "It bothers me! Having some pervy vampire following around a slayer isn't good policy! And I'm not going to tolerate it anymore! The decision has been made! Come here, Faith!"
Faith arched an eyebrow, unimpressed. She sat down and reached for a coffee, turning to Willow. "Hey Red, is this one mine."
"Uh... yeah. We have doughnuts too." Willow awkwardly pushed the box toward her.
"FAITH!!!"
"Whaddya want B?! Do you want me to stake him?...hmm?... Is that what you want?!.. Why?!...for following me?!" Faith snickered at Buffy's reluctance to respond. "Naw, I didn't think so... `cause then I'd have to stake you too, wouldn't I? You both were doin' the same thing. `Cept lil ole Spikey's reasons seem purer than yours." Faith shook her head as if disappointed and reached past Tara for a doughnut.
"WHAT'S THAT SUPPOSED TO MEAN?! PURER?!" Buffy raged at the last bit.
"Buffster, I don't think Faith meant anything by it. I..." Xander bravely spoke up, but she cut him off mid-sentence.
"How would you know what she's talking about, Xander?! Because you slept with her once?! Is that why?!"
"Xander!" Anya screamed, hurt by the revelation. She got up and ran from the room.
"Anya, wait!" He rushed after her.
Faith gave Buffy a disgusted look. "Nice job, B. Look I'm getting outta here before things get any uglier. G-man call me if you need help. Later." She headed for the door, but Buffy stepped in front of her.
"We're not through here!"
"Yes. We are!" Faith glanced down at Buffy's hand on her arm. "Move your hand before I do it for you."
"STOP IT, THIS INSTANT!" The ex-librarian shouted over the arguing.
The slayers stood glaring at each other.
"Faith, please come and sit back down." Giles voice softened.
"Fine!" Faith spoke through gritted teeth. She pulled her arm free and made her way back to the table. "We can do this now! This is what you want, B?... to argue with an audience?!"
Buffy's frown deepened.
"I'll go first." Faith sneered at the older slayer. "So B tell me what were you keepin' tabs on me for?! Still didn't trust me, right?!"
Buffy remained silent.
"Yep. Knew it." She glanced over at Giles. "Did you tell her to spy on me?"
"Um... No. No Faith, I wasn't aware of it." He fumbled with his glasses which he had been cleaning. Putting them on, he squinted at Buffy disapprovingly. "Buffy, is that true? Were you checking up on Faith even though I specifically asked you to leave her alone?"
"I wasn't exactly checking up on her?" Buffy shrugged as all eyes turned to her. "I was just... bored." She cringed at the ridiculousness of her own lie. "What I mean is, it was slow where I was patrolling." She carefully chose her words. "I had to go where the action was; it just seemed to follow Faith." The little blonde left out the part about slaying in record time and then racing across town at a breakneck speed just to 'follow the action'.
Most of 'the action' turned out to be her ogling Faith and, of course, her witnessing Spike ogling Faith. Luckily, all this was taking place in one of the least frequented cemeteries in town. Thanks to Buffy's personal intervention, it was the cemetery that Faith had been assigned.
'Least likely to find trouble there.' Is what she had told Giles, but now she was standing in front of him claiming it was the busiest. *Ugh! He'll never buy this story!* Buffy looked back at Giles, "So the reason was purely work related."
"I see." Giles tried masking his doubt as he peered over at the strangely quiet brunette. "Faith, it sounds like Buffy was just doing her job."
"Whatever." The younger slayer snapped, turning away from Buffy. "I don't care anymore. No more games. Right B?"
Buffy appeared stricken. "Faith, I'm sorry. I should have told you. I just wasn't ready for us to patrol together. I would have been eventually. I was adjusting."
"Yeah, well we both were I guess." Faith seemed subdued, lost in thought.
"Buffy, maybe you should...," Willow gestured toward Xander and Anya. The two had just returned from the outside.
"Apologize. Yeah. I'm on it." Buffy glanced at Faith giving her a weak smile. "Are we good still?"
"I hope so, B. `Cause that's all I want anymore." She spoke calmly, resigned.
Buffy's face lit up. She leaned over and kissed Faith before going over to talk to Xander and Anya.
Willow grinned, well pleased. *That has to be the sweetest thing I've ever heard Faith say. Look how happy she made Buffy.* She turned to look at her girlfriend who understood her thoughts. Tara nodded in agreement and gave a reassuring smile. *Maybe a Buffy and Faith thing won't be the end of the world. Go figure..*
"Hey Red, can I have another doughnut?" Faith's hand hovered over the box. "Please?"
"Oh Yeah, of course." Willow laughed, pushing them closer. "Have as many as you want?"
"Hey, you're alright Red. Ya know that? And don't listen to what that little cave-brat says." Faith winked, teasing her.
"I'll have another too." Xander sat back down next to Faith, smiling. "Scoot over, slayer."
"She has somewhere else to be anyway. Don't ya Faith?" Buffy rushed over and grabbed the younger girl's hand.
"Uh? I don't know? I guess." Faith let herself be dragged toward the workout room.
"We need to finish our talk. If you guys don't mind..." Buffy called over her shoulder.
"Actually, I do." Giles went unheard; the slayers were already locked in the room.
"Come here Faith." Buffy grabbed the confused girl and kissed her, tearing at her clothes. "A quickie Faith, like before we went to the store. Remember? I do." She smirked at Faith's surprised expression and then gave a sexy little growl before pushing her down and climbing on top.
"Shit B, not here!" It only took a few more kisses before Faith was convinced. The younger slayer started tearing at their clothes also. "C'mon B. Here lemme help you."
*Oh fuck!* Faith moaned as Buffy rubbed her naked little body over her.
"You know what I want?" The sexy blonde asked suggestively.
"I can guess." Faith laughed reaching for her.
"No." Buffy swatted at her. "No touch. No move."
Faith's eyes went wide until Buffy laughed playfully. "Damn B, you scared me." She chuckled too, but stopped as the small slayer crawled over her face and starting touching herself.
"Faith like Buffy? Hmmm? You want Buffy?"
"Yes." Faith said breathlessly, leaning up to try and lick her. Buffy gently pushed her back. "Holy fuck B, you're killing me. Please..."
"Not yet." Buffy licked her lips and smiled as she squatted just above Faith's mouth, and ran her fingers over her wet pussy. She smirked as she turned around and lowered herself onto Faith's face. Then Buffy stretched over the brunette and bent to kiss between her legs.
*Cripes... a sixty-nine with Buffy Summers!* Faith felt faint, overwhelmed by the treat of the Buffy's delicate taste, and the simultaneous pleasure from the flick of Buffy's tongue. She closed her eyes and spread her legs wider, enjoying the feel of Buffy's lips moving lightly over her. *Damn... mmmm...oh fuckkkk...*
The little blonde buried her face between Faith's legs, as her body trembled on the brink of orgasm. *Too soon!* She pulled her mind away from the sensation of Faith suckling her clit and focused on tasting Faith. She ducked her head down and covered Faith's pussy with her mouth. Copying the brunette's technique, she sucked, hesitantly at first, but Faith's sighs and moans encouraged her.
*Mmmmm... I like this... oh my, I totallyyy like this!* Buffy sucked on the younger slayer's pussy, more eager by the second, nearly oblivious to Faith's shuddering spasms as she came hard in Buffy's mouth.
The little blonde whimpered in ecstasy as Faith's tongue slipped inside her. She sat up and wiggled down on it. "Oh god, Faith! I'm gonna cum... I'm soooo gonna cum... Oh yesssss... yes... oh hell yes... so gonna cum... oh.. mmmm... gonna nowww... AHHHHH!" Buffy screamed and swooned as a rush of fluid accompanied her orgasm.
She shakily climbed off of Faith and laid next to her trying to catch her breath. "Faith, that was... that was..." She was still panting.
"Good?" The brunette rolled on her side and studied the little slayer's profile.
"No... it was incredible." Buffy finally managed to get the words out. "I love you."
"Ha!" Faith smirked. "Typical... B, you just came all over my face, of course you think that you love me... right now."
She started to get up, but Buffy stopped her. "Look at me, Faith." Faith's eyes met Buffy's. "Faith, I love you."
"Yeah?"
"Yeah." Buffy laughed as her breathing became more normal. "You silly, what do you think the real reason I was following you was?" She gave Faith a little pinch.
"Ouch!" The brunette rubbed her arm, and glanced back over at Buffy. "I just figured it's `cause you were worried I'd... I don't know... do something bad I guess."
"No. I wasn't worried about that when I went to see you." The older slayer watched the other girl carefully as she spoke. "I was worried you might get hurt."
"So I guess you were following me for the same reason as Spike?" Faith asked in disbelief.
Buffy cringed at the mention of Spike, but nodded. "I guess."
"Okay then. I forgive you, cave-brat."
"Cave-what?!"
Faith was saved by the knocking. "Um... Buffy... uh... if you guys are... uh... done talking..." Willow's voice slowly filtered through the door.
"B, we really should.." Faith reached for their clothes.
"Ready to go take care of those Moonies." Buffy teased.
"Huh?"
"The vampire cult, Faithy. You know, yours and Spike's foes."
"Hell yeah!" Faith was nearly dressed. "But I get the sword!"
